Holiday inn always be a Holiday Inn. even as a sub brand of it. Good friendliness service from the front desk and nice little gym and welcoming staff. Good value for money overall. Front desk staff were the highlight, even facing some nasty mainland chinese visitor who were so loud and impolite. Very professionally train and handle. Well done!
Great friendly check in. \small room with the shower and the toilet too close together. Good wifi and good breakfast. This was just a stop over for two nights before heading to the airport. The hotels location is great right in line with the Tallest tower in Bangkok. Nearest BTS is Chong Nonsi
comfy hotel with small rooms in a good location. good breakfast, helpful staff. unfortunately, when we were staying there in december, they told us there would be no hot water between 8:30am and 4:30pm every day. basically, when anyone would want to shower. when i did use the shower, the water temperature changed frequently.
Pleasant check in. Room was clean and amenities good. Breakfast was sufficient for a quick start to the day. We got a room with no view but it’s ok for overnight stay. Very short walk to a BTS station and then it’s the King Power Mahanakhon building from the station. There’s a convenient store nearby. Very good location. Free parking onsite.
the location of this hotel is very strategic, close to BTS, close to Silom and Sathorn roads. lots of good places to eat around the hotel as well as 711 shops. and best of all, they have a coin laundry room hahaha. the hotel staff is also very friendly. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I will come back to stay here again if I go to Bangkok.
This intimate hotel is located in the best location. It is on a quiet street parallel to the busy tourist spot of Silom road. Lots of cute and independent restaurants and cafes along this quiet street. Also very accessible to Chong Nonsi and Saladaeng BTS station. The rooms are smart and very clean. Amazing housekeeping ladies! There is also a good exercise room and a computer station at your disposal Breakfast is complimentary and despite being basic, it as more than sufficient. They offered eggs freshly done alone with a small selection of breakfast items. The staff were busy but always friendly and obliging. What really stood out is the service level. Despite being a budget hotel, the level of service was excellent. Very member of the staff was friendly, kind and extremely helpful. One can tell that this hotel cares. During rainy days, they would put out face towels in the lobby for guests caught in the rain! This turned out to be a really unexpectedly comfortable stay! Thank you to K Mac also from elevating my stay with the room upgrade!…
I had checked-in there for one night but everything it was perfect. Staff is really friendly, especially Khun Knot who took a very good care. Breakfast was good and room was clean. I definitely come back again.
Part of IHG hotel chain wonderful location. Staff friendly always being helpful Especially Knot and a lady manager who speaks Mandarin Chinese are wonderful. Have stayed there for many times. Like my second home simple breakfast but sufficient. Room type go for x32 I always ask for it due to my memship tier Diamond All the best
This hotel is located in the city. The location is good as it is near to BTS station. Room is clean and quiet. Thank you to K.Meaw, K.Knot and K.Jay for warm welcome. It is convenient to take a walk around. It’s also has Coffee Club in front of the hotel.
Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sathorn is located in a small alley, two-min walk from Chong Nonsi BTS station. Easy access to travel around the city. Another side of the main road is the famous King Power Mahanakhon skyscraper. There is 7-ELEVEn convenience store on the main road. Checking in and out were smooth, but there isn't any elite status recognition or any elite benefit here. Slightly disappointed. I booked a queen room as I travelled alone but I got was a two twin beds pushed together with the bed lamp in the middle of the bed. This is really WEIRD. Another disappointment. I could say the room and carpet weren't properly cleaned. I'm allergic and sensitive with dust. I got a stuffy nose whenever I stayed in the room. The third disappointment. The wall is so thin. I could hear noisy neighbors and hallway clearly. Wi-Fi internet was reliable and stable, but the speed wasn't so fast. The 24-hour fitness center is one of the good things here. As Holiday Inn Express hotels are usually included complimentary breakfast. Canteen-style breakfast is serve at The Great Room on the ground floor with very limited options, not so many western items. Food quality was acceptable for a budget hotel. There is a small restaurant named The Coffee Club on the ground floor as well to grab some food and drink. Lust Ramen is just opposite the hotel provided good Japanese dishes. Overall, it's a good budget hotel for those who looking to stay in the central location at this price range. You get what you pay for. Otherwise, pay a little extra for better alternatives.…
