The hotel offers great location, good service and proper facilities considering the low costs. I was a bit annoyed that e.g. mouthwash is in the bathroom but when you use it you are charged. But overall I would use the hotel again.

I stayed in a Standard Room for 3 nights in JAN 2017. The overall design of the hotel is chic and modern. I quite liked it. The room price is cheap, but the service of staffs, quality of room, cleanliness are surprisingly good. I also tried its room service(ordered a Big Le Fenix Burger or sth) and enjoyed eating it....

Good place to stay in within budget for a few days. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Pong Neng. The surrounding areas were not that family friendly with too many bars but there were indian restaurants near by as well.

Stayed between Christmas and New Year, staff were so helpful, friendly and professional, especially Cherry and Gogo. Made my stay very enjoyable. Will definitely stay again. Also a great location for local amenities.

But not great quality. Good place to stay a few days, but the workers at the front desk looked like they had no interest in working. Also, there's too many crazy tourists that go to party and make noise in the weekend nights. Besides that, it's clean, comfy and the breakfast has enough variety and quality.

We decided to switch our hotels to save a few quid on accommodation for this last trip to Bangkok and we kept walking past Le Fenix. From the outside it looked quite good. 250 Thai Baht breakfast, modern interior, taxis in abundance and quite a good price for a two day stay. For less than £47 a night, we'd thought...

I stayed at Le Fenix last month. The hotel is very centrally located close to Nana station. Rooms are clean but I found the corridors a bit dingy and foul smelling. The staff at the bell desk is courteous and offers free tuk tuk ride to the nearest metro till 8 pm. I found the reception staff a little spaced...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
