I've stayed at both locations of this hotel and it's just the best. I've stayed here now 7 times and it's still so awesome! Nice people, great location, quiet, awesome breakfast. Kevin the manager is a hoot and he gives excellent recommendations. I think now they should give me free mini bar privileges :) It's close to amazing shopping malls,... More

This is a hotel converted from part of a commercial building block. Located right at the very end of the soi, which is a dead end. Got a room with window looking out to a car park block, which is very close. However, the room is very well decorated and furnished, with cosy feeling. If you are looking for a... More

Tiny hotel hidden all the way in the back of Soi 20, and perfect for my needs. Car parking, very central and involved staff. Personally I liked how they used the confinements of the space available to them with great skill. I've seen other reviewers complain about public transportation, but if you don't want to walk to either Asok or... More

Small but comfortable rooms. Breakfast is included and is very satisfactory (Thai style, Continental & Western). Staff are very friendly and always find time to help you and give you local advice regarding shopping, in-country travel and sightseeing. Please note that there is on-going construction noise next door during business hours, which will makes it difficult for some guests to... More

Excelent hotel with excelent staff. New and with very modern rooms, free wifi and good breakfast. The only issue is the public transportation, as you need to walk about 12 minutes under the Bangkok sun.

Hotel itself is ok, clean but very basic and tucked in a corner... Lots of road work so wasn't easy to get to... Quite a few foot massage places adjacent to the hotel.. Breakfast was ok as far as small hotel goes...

This hotel is fine - clean and in a great location. The wifi is strong and there are plenty of food options around. It is clean and the owners are friendly. While there are better places, this is good for those on a budget.

Great place for the basics. Very clean and simple with breakfast included. Great pork sausage with breakfast as well. 5 minutes walk to the skytrain station Asok, which can take you anywhere you need tourist wise. Also next to the MRT Asok station for subway access. 7/11 and family mart just down the road, as well as terminal 21 shopping... More

This was my 2nd stay. This place is just amazing. It is very clean, very friendly staff & it is a perfect location. It is in a little hide-away side street just off of Sukhumvit. You are a short pleasant walk from both trains, so it is very easy to get anywhere in Bangkok. You are a short pleasant walk... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
