Staff extremely friendly and accommodating at any hour of the day or night. Very clean, staff takes pride in their jobs. The views are spectacular from every room on the 15th floor. Location is great for walking for food and subway stations. Would love to visit this hotel again!

The selling point of this hotel is the beautiful infinity pool and very friendly & helpful hotel staffs. In the evening the pool will be closed for bar. The room was quite small to my surprise. My room does not come with smart TV. Location wise is not that close to either MRT or BTS station. However room rate was very good.

Spacious rooms, very friendly service, and room views to die for. I highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants to see Bangkok city in its truest elements - we had an amazing view of the Mahanakhon building, true to what the hotel promised. The staff was very kind, helpful, and warm. Huge shoutout to the attendant at the entrance doorway, helped us with accessing taxis and our luggage as well. An area where the hotel lacked was the breakfast spread but was no biggie for us. A bit far from the metro station if travelling with family, but was able to access tuktuks and taxis. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The roof top bar with infinity pool is stunning, especially at night! The cocktail we ordered was light on the alcohol, but that seems to be the case in other places we’ve been to as well. The location is great, within a short walk or drive of many Bangkok attractions.

Club 10 room, absolutely value for money, big kingsize bed, 2 adults and small daughter, free extra bed we asked to be removed. International breakfast is good. In-house restaurant is crap, super small expensive portions, chef had a heavy hand on the salt, pasta became inedible. Staff is polite, goes the extra mile to please all your needs

Stayed 3 nights in June for a short getaway.... location away from noisy & busy area , easily accessible to grab , tuk tuk & taxi , short walk from MRT , surrounded by great restaurants. Has a wonderful roof top bar - excellent to wind down in the evenings & infinity pool was great. Rooms were very clean , spacious enough with comfy beds. Breakfast was sufficient spread - Asian , Thai , Western & tasty. Greatest asset of the hotel was their staff. Simply awesome , everyone single one of them we came across were so friendly be it at the reception , pool side , breakfast area & of course the doorman - amazing. Kudos to the mgt for choosing such wonderful staff. Definitely a returning customer. Keep us the good work.
