Considering the tier the hotel belong as well as the pricing, it was definitely an affordable yet pleasant stay. I would recommend to those that are looking for an all rounded and less pricy hotel. In terms of services, the hotel is considerate to the extend of providing shuttle services to a few points that connect directly to essential service / hot spots knowing that the location it situated at is not convenient. It also provides daily breakfast and it is included in the room rate. It is a plus point as the breakfast comes with a variety of cuisine which provides different option to choose from and curing the homesick tourists. Weighing machine, drinks, free snacks, massage and photo taking is a giveaway knowing that generally with this price it is a rare gem.
Things to improve will be increasing the amount of shuttle service drivers at night, as there are an increase of demand during that period of time. I have noticed that there were 3 buggies which are more than enough but only a driver is catered which is severely understaffed. Housekeeping can be quicker in addressing the needs as well.

The twin bedded room is very spacious, the bed mattress very comfortable and the pillows very soft. Housekeeping is good - they cleaned our room daily, replenished our bottled water and toiletries. Reception, restaurant and service staff very polite and friendly. They also provide buggy rides to 5 different locations for easy access/walk to train stations and shopping areas. Our promo package included 1 way airport transfer, 1 hour FOC massage and photoshoot in Thai traditional costume (very interesting and rewarding experience dressed in Thai traditional costume and great photos taken by the photoshoot team .... kudos to the team). Photos were emailed to us for downloading. Our package also included breakfast and the varieties ranged from local Thai food to Indian, Muslim and Western cuisines - very appetizing and yummy. Will certainly come back again!!!

We chose this hotel because of the closed proximity to platinum fashion mall, centrawOrld, big C, and supperrich head quarter money changer that has one of the best rate in town. All the staffs from check in counters to housekeeping and the restaurant and bellboys that we encountered were all very friendly and helpful.
Transportation: Hotel has 24H complimentary Tuk Tuk to 5 spots, one of them is DD home which is 3 minutes away from airport rail link Phayathai that only cost only THB45/person from suvarnabhumi airport.
Rooms: We stayed at deluxe explorer room. The room is in good size and equipped with all the necessities. We appreciated that they use refillable bathroom amenities which eventually better for the environment. There’s enough electrical ports for both of us and the Wi-Fi is stable enough for my husband to work some days.
Breakfast: Breakfast have good array selection of hot food for both vegetarian and meet lovers and plenty of fresh fruits and breads. They also have Indian food corner!
Complimentary stuffs: They have some cool drinks and popcorn at the lobby for guest to use which was a blessing after exploring Bangkok in the heat They also have complimentary traditional dress rental with the photographer to take some photographs. We didn’t use this but saw some people doing it and the quality of the outfits that they had seemed to be quite nice. Complimentary 15 minutes head shoulder massage on Tuesday Complimentary shave ice on Thursday Complimentary fish cake on Saturday They also have laundry machine and dryer in house too that might be useful for some guests
Overall we like this hotel and will be staying with them again next time!

This is an amazing hotel that provided excellent services with affordable price. From the moment we entered the hotel room, the bed was decorated with welcome snacks, drinks and birthday decoration. This is a memorable birthday to my boy. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable including the special bunk bed that never disappointed us. The bathroom (with bathtub and rain shower), sink and toilets are separated. You won’t get bored with buffet breakfast because it changed daily and covered wide varieties. We also enjoyed the free 24 hours buggy service/ Tuk Tuk. The driver communicated well in English and provided good recommendation to us on which locations to drop off. We also have chance to try free 15 min Thai massage. Another special service, free Thai Costume and photo taking was also amazing. Both Mild and Nam were very professional, friendly, kind and patience. We had a chance to experience Thai Costume and kept a memorable family , couple and solo photos. It is really a memorable and unforgettable stay. I will give a 5 star rating to Vince hotel.

My mum and me stayed here on our recent trip as Vince Hotel comes highly recommended by my sister, who is a frequent traveller to Bangkok.
Our room was decidedly spacious – I especially appreciate the wide bathroom, although the shower door tends to creak loudly when closing. The bed is very comfortable and I love that we were able to open the room windows to an extent. There were multiple power sockets but some of them were faulty so I needed to use one on the other side of the room instead.
The area where this hotel truly shines is in its plethora of complimentary services, from free buggy transports and welcome refreshments in the lobby, to massages and photoshoots on selected days. Hospitality was top notch as well, with the friendly staff greeting us with smiles every day. A shoutout to Armmy, who was helpful to us even when she was the lone staff at the concierge seemingly busy with 101 things.
The buggy service was good and convenient, although it was unclear how to hail a ride at the beginning since the ‘buggy counter’ at the hotel was always unmanned. Turns out we just need to wait there awhile and someone would attend to you shortly. I would rather whatsapp message the service instead of call, if given a choice. I also felt that the drop-off locations stated on the given map weren’t that accurate.
There doesn’t seem to be an option to omit breakfast when booking the room, but the breakfast buffet at this hotel ranks among the best I’ve ever eaten. The variety and quality of food here is simply amazing. There is only one caveat, which is that the restaurant is very, very cold. A frosty breakfast awaits you if you don’t bring a jacket down with you in the morning.
I was gonna rate this review 4 stars.. but felt that the positives far outweigh all the negatives during my stay here. Would definitely return here again soon!

We had a wonderful 5D4N stays at VINCE! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm hospitality. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I also loved that the hotel provided a dedicated vanity area for makeup, which was a thoughtful touch.
The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and even body lotion. The food was excellent, with a great variety of cuisines to choose from.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location—very accessible to the city center. Plus, their 24-hour buggy car service made getting around even more convenient.

The attitude of the service staff is extremely friendly as specially Mr Nun, he very helpful and kindness . You can see their smiling faces greeting you at any time, making you feel at home.
Breakfast is much richer than expected, covering not only Chinese, Western, Thai and Japanese cuisine, but also a variety of vegetables, fruits, hot foods and fried foods to choose from. There are so many varieties that people can eat very satisfactorily every day, and they can even eat until the afternoon and eat them directly as two meals.
Although Vince Hotel is not a five-star hotel, it provides an almost five-star accommodation experience at a four-star price. No wonder there are so many recommendation articles. Its location is also extremely convenient. It is only a 10-minute walk from Phaya Thai, the terminal of Bangkok Airport Line, and it is even easier and faster to get to the shopping paradise Pratunam Market. Coupled with the hotel's tuk-tuk shuttle service, Pratunam Market is almost like being in the hotel's backyard. After shopping, you can go to the massage street to relax. The whole trip is perfect.

We could feel the warm hospitality the moment we stepped in to the lobby,it's cosy and counter staffs are friendly and calm. Buggies most enthusiastic prompt and helpful with the short trips and advice which have saved us lots of walking.
Breakfast is good with variant/changes in menu daily, wide variety from thais,western,indian and vegetarian! Food is surprisingly of quality and prepped with care that stimulates and delights the eyes and palette. kudos to the chef! Service staffs at the restaurant and the manager is enthusiastic and meticulous with their service,always greeted with sincerity and enthusiasm.
Room cleaning service is ok, not as friendly and enthus as the front office /restaurant staffs.
However, there is one thing I am uncomfortable abt,the towel were greyish and doesnt feel clean..
not forgetting the kettle was dirty with stains,felt like it wasn't checked as there were dust on it and v bad stains on the inside which I hv showed the service staff, appreciate that she was prompt to change a much cleaner one for us.
They might need to take note on the air conditioner maintenance as during pockets of time,it will emit sourish, perspiration smell.There were dust on it too. Hope the housekeeping dept can improve on this. Other than those mentioned above,all is good with ample water supply of 4 bottles daily. Appreciate the thoughtful gesture ! thanks much!

5 stars all around! The hotel was lovely, the staff were all very friendly and attentive and the breakfast buffet was truly unmatched. We used the pool every day and appreciated the free popcorn and juice. The hotel had other freebies too depending on the day (sad we missed the free massage) but we did get fried chicken at the pool! We also had the shuttle take us close to the BTS station which saved us a walk.
If I were to suggest one area of improvement it would be the shower areas for those leaving to travel onwards - the water was cold and the rooms should have more fresh towels.
Otherwise, this hotel deserves 5 stars and I will stay again!

The free shuttle service can only being you close to Platinum Mall shopping area. It does not provide shuttle service to Siam Paragon. From Platinum Mall, it's only about 200m to walk over to Central World using Ratchaprasong Skylink .
