We stayed 2 nights at Pak Chiang Mai. We were warmly welcomed to the hotel by the staff. Our rooms were ready promptly and were very clean. The hotel provides drinking water, bug spray and bananas (if you need a midnight snack:) Breakfast was very good, a mix of thai and international, made to order and included in your stay....

This B&B was such a beautiful, cozy place to stay during our trip in Chiang Mai. My husband and I were so hot and tired walking around the city and when we first arrived with our bags, they took them from us, put them in our rooms and gave us large glasses of ice water to cool us down. Every...

We loved the look and feel of this hotel. The location was great too. Easy access to various markets and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was good and you can order as much as you want. When we left early in the morning the packed us egg sandwiches which were good too. The beds were...

We previously stayed here 2014 and praised the Management and the accommodation. Nov 2016 we arrived and after a quick look moved on. It looks so sad. Run down appearannce, The vintage Mercedes sedan, the pride and joy of the previous owners was parked in the lane, dented, dusty and flat tires. The dusty appearance continued in tthe entry. So...

Can’t recommend this boutique hotel/guest house enough. We arranged airport pickup by the B&B and discovered that they are located only 5 minutes drive from the airport but you never hear planes during your stay. Chiang Mai is very compact and walkable. They have a resident Mynah bird in the reception area that says hello. The family was lovely, their...

I only got to stay here for a night but I wish I got to stay longer in Chiang Mai. It's so pretty inside and cozy. The breakfast had some really good options. The staff is also very helpful in helping tourists know where they are going. On top of that, my arrival was delayed due to my flight and...

Loved this guesthouse. I'd say a solid 4.5 for the excellent location (the night market is *literally* around the corner so you can stuff yourself silly then roll right into bed and wonderful service. I don't understand the previous reviews at all. Everyone was super friendly. I had laundry done cheaply and super promptly, the airport pickup was seamless, and...

I was there in 2015 and loved it. Came back last week, in October of 2016. It was not as good. The staff changed and they are not as nice or helpful. What was great about this place before was not just the cute water garden they have inside, but the service was outstanding and the girls working there were...

Highly recommended. Black and his staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially providing local advice and arranging transportation. The location is mid-South gate, giving proximity to conveniences and the interior is quiet, interesting, old Chiang Mai. We'd gladly return.
