We enjoyed the stay in a residential area (coming from Khaosan Road in Bangkok) and were quite happy to find this quiet area. Walking ten minutes to the old city, this hostel provided everything we needed. The woman who oversaw our stay was incredibly kind and profusely helpful and helped us with bus tickets to Pai, Thailand for our next... More

If you were to book this hostel based on it's name, you would be going into it with unrealistically high expectations - 5 star it is not. 1. The old man who runs this place is an absolute money-grubber, he lacks any regard for hospitality, and he will try to tout his other hostels to you as soon as you walk in.
