As I wrote in the title: The owner was very friendly and informed us about Chiang Mai. He even remembered our names all the time, as he always spoke to us with our names. Very nice rooms! In the middle of the center of Chiang Mai, but because you are in a small street, there is no music or noise... More

Jim is an amazing, honest, simple, humble, wonderful man. Also a great cook. This is a great guesthouse. When we stayed here, Jim welcomed us in like family. Make sure to take a photo with Him before you leave. He can put it on his wall for continued great memories.

JIM! You made our stay so relaxing and memorable, with the utmost kindness and hospitality. If you are a traveler looking for an inexpensive but very nice place to stay, I would 1000% recommend. That isn't a typo. One. thousand. Percent. Jim had phenomenal recommendations for places to visit and he treated us with such kindness, and I cant wait... More

This quiet guesthouse is centrally located in Chiang Mai's Old City and within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants, the various night markets, and more Wats than you'll care to visit. I stayed five nights in room 4 and was quite comfortable. The Owner is attentive, though a bit cold at first impression. He warmed up as my stay lengthened,... More

I stayed two nights alone in this guesthouse in a big room (#2), 450 bahts per night. The first thing that surprised me when I entered the room is how clean it was ! Compared to what I have seen already, it truly is ! The room is simple, good wifi, offers all you need to enjoy your stay here... More

The Siri Guesthouse is the place to stay if you are looking for reasonably priced comfortable accommodations in Chiang Mai. The rooms are basic - no TV or fridge - but they are clean and have A/C. The location is perfect - it's on a "secret side street" within easy walking distance to most of the things you would want... More

Siri guesthouse is a cheap and clean guesthouse, very well located! The owner is a really nice and honest man. I would recommend this guesthouse for people on a budget who like to have good basic rooms and like to stay in a central, yet quiet place.

Hi we found this guest house when we were looking for other guest house recommended in the Lonely Planet. As we do in Thailand we just find hotels and we check the room inside, how good or bad is the mattress, if the pillows smell and if the toilet has been cleaned. This guest house was basic good. Good mattress,... More

Stayed 4 nights at Siri Guesthouse. There was a noisy water pump just outside of our room, #8. We asked if there was another room available, and Jim, he manager told us that Room #3 was available. That room had a/c and normally costs 100 baht more, but he clearly said, "Same price." So we expected the cost would stay... More

We had a great time at Siri Guesthouse and would highly recommend it. This is our 2nd time there, we've already stayed here 3 years ago. Jim the owner welcomed us warmly back! The location is great, in the heart of the old city and still in a relatively quiet street. The rooms are super clean with indoor bathroom, good... More
