We wanted a hotel experience where our 3 kids (ages 7, 3 and 1) had space to run around and play. This was it!!!! Very authentic, peaceful setting. Great for families! While it's outside of town, the red truck taxis are SUPER convenient and a good value. We rented a two bedroom apt. Definitely not fancy and not a resort,...

We had a brilliant stay in this very reasonably priced hotel. The setting is gorgeous, right on the river with lovely gardens. The staff are super friendly and super helpful and will organise all trips or activities you would like to do. Breakfast is delicious with an excellent choice and very fresh. It's served in the garden which we loved....

We stayed here as a family of 5, three children 7-13 in one of their townhouses. It is set in a beautiful location about 25 minutes from the old town. It's right next to the river, has a pool, restaurant on site. The townhouse was spacious and clean, three bedrooms, shower facilities were basic but had tea coffee and fridge....

We stayed here in July, with our family of 5, incl 3 kids age 9, 11 and 13. This place is slightly outside the center. They operate a free shuttle service and will even give you a phone to pick you up for a return! It is situated near the riverbank, offering a beautifull garden. There is a small swimming...

A fun set of villas on the shore of the river. A great spot for a base camp in Chiang Mai, especially if you have a private vehicle. Breakfast was good, the staff was great, and the room - really a three room condo - was a fantastic bargain. We didn't even mind getting stuck inside during a particularly rainy...

Excellent staff. Friendly, always helping, excellent food. We were here with a baby and little kid and had a great time. Breakfast is very good. We had a very big place with 2 seperate rooms and 2 badrooms. Excellent value for money. The daughter of the owner runs the place and she is an angel. If we were starting a...

The villa is awesome, pancakes are really tasty and delicious. The owner is hands-on when it comes to hotel operations. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Walking distance from convenient stores and has near restaurants that cook and prepare an OHHHHH-some Thai food. I recommend this place to all of you. I will go back here maybe next year...

Great place to stay. Admittedly out of the main city but they make it so easy to commute in and out with shuttles and assistance to order flat price taxis / transfers and it's such a gorgeous location. Beautiful terrace, all beautiful little decorations. Rooms good. Bathrooms average. But service from the front desk overrides it all to make it...

We stayed at this hotel 7 days and we absolutely loved it!! Staff were so nice and welcoming and they looked after us so well. The location is great and not too far from the centre. This hotel is so nice and sits on a river, you can enjoy the view while having breakfast. The food is good and the...
