A fun set of villas on the shore of the river. A great spot for a base camp in Chiang Mai, especially if you have a private vehicle. Breakfast was good, the staff was great, and the room - really a three room condo - was a fantastic bargain. We didn't even mind getting stuck inside during a particularly rainy...

Excellent staff. Friendly, always helping, excellent food. We were here with a baby and little kid and had a great time. Breakfast is very good. We had a very big place with 2 seperate rooms and 2 badrooms. Excellent value for money. The daughter of the owner runs the place and she is an angel. If we were starting a...

The villa is awesome, pancakes are really tasty and delicious. The owner is hands-on when it comes to hotel operations. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Walking distance from convenient stores and has near restaurants that cook and prepare an OHHHHH-some Thai food. I recommend this place to all of you. I will go back here maybe next year...

Great place to stay. Admittedly out of the main city but they make it so easy to commute in and out with shuttles and assistance to order flat price taxis / transfers and it's such a gorgeous location. Beautiful terrace, all beautiful little decorations. Rooms good. Bathrooms average. But service from the front desk overrides it all to make it...

We stayed at this hotel 7 days and we absolutely loved it!! Staff were so nice and welcoming and they looked after us so well. The location is great and not too far from the centre. This hotel is so nice and sits on a river, you can enjoy the view while having breakfast. The food is good and the...

This is our second time at Villa San Pee Seua and was another great experience with friendly staff and a beautiful location. The first time we were here, the staff were fantastic and did everything above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They didnt have the services like scooter/bike rental or free shuttle buses to chiang mai...

We returned to Villa SPS almost exactly 3 years after our first visit and this time we were travelling with our 11 month son. We chose to return as we have very fond memories of a welcoming and relaxing visit -and we were not disappointed! The staff are still incredibly friendly and helpful. We were touched that Prae remembered us...

We were in Chiang Mai for the Chinese New Year . We were two couples and had taken a family suite. The villa is completely different from what you see through pictures on the sites . Definitely misrepresents facts! The wifi doesn't reach the rooms, the bathrooms tiny and Super ancient. The only redemption was the breakfast near the waterside...

We booked a townhome for 5 nights and they offered 10% discount for 5 or more nights. After not hearing from them for over a week I rang numerous times and sent a number of emails. Got no response at all! Finally I got a person on the phone (in desperation) as our trip was less than 2 weeks away....

Dear Mr Chris Vellios Very disappointing for your review! it is nothing more than an expression of your disappointment to our respond procedure which is otherwise well accepted by our previous guests. You have been clearly informed in our very first respond that your credit card information is needed to secure your booking, but you ignore pending on the discounted...

We decided to book this place slightly away from city. Location is quiet and not too far from city. They provided a phone for us to connect with them anytime and anywhere when we need taxi to get back to hotel, this is very handy for guests. We booked a two-bedroom family suite and it is very spacious for my...
