We stayed here for 5 nights, the check in process was not fantastic, mainly just the guys attitude and grunts....not great first impression. Once you get over this the rooms are nice, large with a semi outdoor bathroom, bit weird at first but by the end i liked it. I enjoyed my time here, it a as close to a...

I stayed at the CM Apartment for 4 nights in April 2017. We had the room with 3 twin beds which is the largest they offer. On the 3rd floor, it had a living room with a couch, TV and small kitchen area with a sink and refrigerator (no cooking). There was a small patio with a round table with...

Perfect for a long vacation(stayed in Chiangmai for 5 days). The staffs were friendly. The room is clean and spacious(Booking:3 persons). Our room has a mini-kitchen, living room and a mini-veranda. I also love the location of this place coz it's near a local market, pharmacies & convenience stores. It's also perfect for people who likes to try Thai street...

Quite a popular place. Staff was always courteous and helpful. The location is close to main road. The room was plain, but clean and adequate. Daily breakfast was simple but tasty. We stayed for 3 weeks and the service was consistently good on any day.

5 stars for what it is! Great, central location, safe and clean. The owners are friendly (and speak English). Private rooms with private bathroom. Nice breakfast options are included. Please note there is not a lift, so you may need to carry luggage up stairs.

Pros : Receptionist speaks English, awesome location within the old city quarter, reasonable prices, friendly staff Cons:wifi does not work, no lift, room service was virtually non existent ( this was a very big issue for me because nobody wants to come back to a messy room after a long day), basic breakfast, cats everywhere!

Great location, clean, great prices, super friendly staff. Not a 5 star hotel and no pool or elevator, but if you want an easy place to stay, centrally located, in a lovely neighbourhood, with spotless rooms, and cheerful people, that's it. I love this place.

We stayed there for 2 nights and I must say it's our most budget yet comfortable stay. We like the balcony bathroom. The breakfast is ok, I would recommend Egyption egg with fruit salad for more healthier choice. For the price I really highly recommended for the stay. Outside the apartment also have very nice Japanese restaurant and a local...

I visited Chiang Mai back in June 2014. Having not heard about where I should stay, myself, my partner and a close friend of mine took a punt at this little place. It was cheap but was also located very conveniently. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone has already mentioned it, but it has a very unique bathroom...
