After staying in a few mosquito nests we came across this in the Lonely Planet and couldn't be more pleased with the room. Clean, spacious, equipped...in a great spot and includes breakfast. Oh..and they actually tidy your room daily... Thanks for a lovely stay (still here). Room #: 120

$15.00 for your own private room. Great location. Close to a cooking school and other restaurants. 20 meters off of walking street. Breakfast is meh but included. Clean room with A/C, tv, locks on the door, private security guard at front door, travel booking at front desk, rooms were very secure we left our money and laptops out and nothing...

I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed my time there. It was clean and tidy and the bed was huge for a solo traveller but I enjoyed having the space. The bathroom was relatively clean but I guess I expected a little more for the price. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. I would have preferred to spend...

Stayed at this guesthouse for 5 days and had a good time. We payed 600 including breakfast which is a pretty good price as breakfast tends to be pretty expensive in thailand. Good beds, clean room and friendly service. Downside is that due to the shutter-windows facing the hallway, there is no glass in it, you can hear people talking...

This guesthouse is alright. It has clean rooms at first sight, but on a closer look they it isn't very clean. Lots of hairs still in the shower, on the floor and on the balcony. The sheets and bed overall are clean though. The price is quit good since you're paying 600 bt including breakfast. There are 5 or 6...

This place is okay, old and very run down ( a bit spooky), rooms are a little grungy and need a lot of work. Very dark and dingy. The staff are RUDE as hell and very clueless. Especially the young boy working reception. Ignored us on a few occasions and couldn't follow simple instructions or listen to anything we said...

The people are friendly. There is limited parking, I can just fit my truck in it. Breakfasts are included and there are a couple of tables out on the Soi (the alleyway). They keep refilling my coffee cup in the included breakfast. The owner speaks good English. The rooms are quite nice. You can get a fan room or air...

Very helpful staff here who will happily chat with you and arrange a tour to suit your needs. Rooms are quite spacious and the air conditioning is very chilly and refreshing. Breakfast included with the room was quite reasonable. Overall I was very happy with the location being right in the middle of the Sunday walking street markets, and for...

We spent a couple of nights here in Chang Mai - it's on Soi 5 which is where a lot of the other backpacker places are, including some nice restaurants. It was 650 baht per night which included a hot shower, very good A/C and a clean room and comfy bed. We particularly liked the TV which had a 24...

Best wifi we had throughout Thailand and Cambodia. The rooms were nice, hot water was good and there was a stocked mini fridge. They were extremely helpful in coordinating activities. Perfect location in the Old City, great for Sunday Night Market but was on a very cute alley and not loud at all.
