An Amazing amazing amazing hotel , excellent customer service and great hospitality and generosity, the best hotel I have been so far in Thailand, they provide free mini food and drink at the mini bar, great design and great room service, top recommended
We stayed here for 3 nights, beautiful hotel, very comfy bed and room was very quiet. Complimentary afternoon tea is provided in the garden from 2-4pm, free bar and snacks provided in the room. Very central to everything. Had a massage at the hotel which was nice but the room was a little cold. All in all an enjoyable stay.
This is probably the best "boutique" hotel we've ever stayed at. The atmosphere is so wonderful, with landscaping, architecture, service, and friendliness of staff of a very high quality. Location in the old city is perfect. The day we arrived was a festival in the city (and we were invited to a special dinner in the courtyard). We had the lovely breakfast everyday (thank you for making bacon) and afternoon tea in the garden was a treat. Our first floor room was very comfortable, with patio at pool side. There could be some additional storage/closet/wall hooks. Upon check-in, we encountered a broken lock on the sliding door, a non-functioning phone, and a leak from the tub plumbing. All fixed very promptly! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful Lanna architecture, beautifully and aesthetically done. Everything around old town is walking distance from the hotel. Grab or Tuktuk is available in a matter of seconds. Breakfast is traditional and elaborate. Rooms are relatively small but very comfortable, with cute balconies.
We had a fabulous time at Chala Number 6 while we stayed in Chiang Mai. The grounds are very peaceful, relaxing, and yet very vibrant. The breakfast is fantastic and we really enjoyed the daily tea time in the afternoons after exploring the city. The staff was so friendly and instantly made us feel welcome. We were there on our honeymoon and the staff decorated our room on our first day, which was so special. We also had the best message in our 3 weeks in Thailand at the spa connected to this hotel with the "Office Syndrome" package which focuses on the shoulders/back/neck. The massage therapist really goes deep to the point of pain, but in a good way. My husband felt like he got a new back basically, so we would highly recommend it.
Excellent place . Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation sparklingly clean and well run. Great location in the town. 5 star breakfast with a wide choice including designer omelets and local hot foot. They server a free afternoon tea with great nibbles. The minibar is free for soft drinks. The pool area is quiet and stylish, and near the central bar. Overall a brilliant place to stay.
What an oasis in Thailand! This resort is visually so beautiful and calming after the fun craziness of Chiang Mai. The staff make you feel special and are very friendly, as well. This was a great place for me and my husband to relax at the end of the day and unwind. There is a two story waterfall into an infinity pool with lots of palm trees and a great bar. Loads of places to sit outside to eat or just relax. And the room was very large with a balcony to relax. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing with everything from eggs in lots of ways to pineapple fried rice and other savory Asian dishes. The pastries and fresh fruit was also delicious. There is the Waya Spa which we found to be calming and gracious as we had two couple's massages during the visit. Not a third only because we had to move on! …
The hotel is a beautiful oasis in Chiang Mai. The place is spotless. As soon as you walk in you will be surprised by the decor, stunning! The staff are wonderful, can’t do enough for you. Pool area lovely. The rooms are a good size. Heaps of free drinks & snacks which you don’t get anywhere else. Bed so comfortable. Bathroom beautiful! Nam the manager looked after us very well & is a beautiful down to earth lady who is a good laugh. Just book & stay you won’t be disappointed!
We love this place. Everything about this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The food and the staff are also amazing. The front desk receptionist name Pat Took a lot of patience and helped me with all my bookings and needs for the eight days that we are staying here. My husband and I had a 2 1/2 hour massage yesterday that was probably the best massage we’ve ever had.
We came here for two days after we found our initial hotel booking in Chiang Mai lacking. This hotel features a very nice pool and bar. It also has some great amenities like a free mini bar and an afternoon high tea with some really nice sweets and fruits for free. We felt really treated like guests in the hotel. The rooms are nice, we had one deluxe and one superior room. The rooms are well equiped and the beds are good, only thing I didn't like about our specific room was that the aircon unit is non directional. It was blowing the cold air onto bed which I really dislike but that is personal preference. The staff is super helpful.
