Super friendly and exceptionally accommodating staff. The place is very cozy and clean with spacious rooms and large windows. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. Would definitely come back to this place if we were to travel to Chiang Mai again.

Room- large, fridge tv safe desk side tables Airconditoners balcony DVD player Hot water- better than some but still unable to have a strong Hot shower like westerners like because a high flow means colder water. Large queen bed very hard as in all Thailand but quilt is far too small for tall people. Room is cleaned daily. Very clean... More

We always stay here when we come to Chiang mai, the staff are lovely and are always genuinely friendly and interested in asking how you are and saying hello, the rooms are spotlessly clean and large with huge windows on two sides so you don't feel claustrophobic like some hotels, and are tinted for privacy, as well as beautiful views... Great place to stay! Although not as central as I'd have liked it to be, it wasn't a hassle to get to at all. We barely ever needed to get tuktuks, except when we were rushing to catch something. Easy 10 minute walk to the Night Market, and an easy 12 minute walk to Tha Phae Gate, which is sooo... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights recently and we both loved it. When you first arrive you are greeted with smiles and a very easy and laid back check in process. The room we had was very nice, lots of light, comfortable bed. We were facing the road and had a balcony but because of its location,... More

Most of the places we looked in Chaing Mai was full. We were lucky to get the final remaining room in Bed & Terrace Guesthouse, although we found it a bit hard to wake the people up there upon arriving at 6:00 in the morning. The room we got was very spacy and included a fridge and tv with international... More

Really lovely guesthouse, in a good location near the market. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay here and both were clean, comfortable and well appointed, the first room we stayed in had a lovely view of the mountains. The street itself is quiet however there are some very noisy cockerel's next door! The staff are very friendly... More

It is an ok guest house with a great value. Our room was modest and very clean. We liked having a TV with international movie channels. The overall decoration of the guest house is very old fashioned but didn't care about it since we were outside discovering pretty much the whole time. People who are working there are really nice.... First arrival in Chiang Mai, and found the Bed & Terrace to have a wonderful view across to the mountains from our top floor apartment. Not to mention the sweeping deck. The spare bed they gave us was rock hard and we didn't us it, my son slept on the sofa instead (to their credit, they didn't charge us for... More

The guesthouse looks ok from the lobby, with good landscaping and generous waiting area. Unfortunately my room smelled like cigarettes when I walked in. I asked if there was another room, but the reception said no and opted to using a spray to 'get rid of the smell'. The house wasn't full so I am not sure why changing rooms... More
