Leg 2 of our honeymoon and it was a welcomed peace from Bangkok. Hotel is within walking distance to many city temples and only a few minute walk to the street food market which comes to life around 6-7pm and beyond. Highly recommend eating here! The freshest, hottest (temp) food at super cheap prices compared to restaurant prices. It's also...

Beautiful boutique hotel with extremely accommodating staff, terrific breakfast and serene ambiance in a city that provides little respite otherwise. This was an oasis we absolutely loved. My wife and I spent 2 nights before travelling north for several days, and returned for a 3rd night before moving on to Laos. Returning to the hotel was a homecoming. Welcoming and...

This hotel was just beautiful - it has 10rooms that overlook the pool and courtyard where breakfast takes place. The bedrrom was stunning- we were room 6 on the second floor. the aircon was incredibly loud but it wasn't too bad. the bed was comfy, and shower was very nice! The breakfasts were honestly immense! you filled in a card...

Went there on a short weekend and loved how calm clean and boutique the hotel is. We stayed at the lower level and were not disturbed with any noise from the roads. It is merely 8mins walk to the weekend market and the 'foodcourt' along the street. Staff were good. Breakfast was included, though simple it was just nice. Will...

There really isn't much I can add to those before me. It is a surprisingly calm oasis just a short walk from the south gate to the old city and an easy walk to all of the old city and the Saturday night market. The rooms are great, but pale in comparison to the amazing service. Everyone was fantastic and...

In late January we returned to Baan Klang Wiang for a second year in a row, as we had such an enjoyable experience last year. It was wonderful to see the same familiar faces of the staff from last year, who welcomed us with open arms. This speaks volumes of a staff the management and working conditions that staff don’t...

This is exactly the kind of hotel I dream about while travelling. A small centrally located boutique hotel that is beautifully appointed, with excellent service, super comfortable with a fantastic breakfast.Tucked down a little side street so you can really imagine what it might be like to live there. We were a group of five friends, two couples and a...
