We stayed for only 1 night after a 2 days treck, just before leaving for Cambodga. Very clean, nice and quiet. Quite central. Staff is very friendly but ... absolutely inefficient. But on a funny way. Be it on way to manage several tables requesting early and fast breakfast, or solution because they forgot to order our taxi. Seen price/quality...

Lovely hotel, in a wonderful look Thai house. The beds were really nice and comfy and the location was perfect. The staff were more than helpful and we even rented motorbikes twice from them which were great. The pool was lovely and when we visited the pool we generally were the only ones using it. You can get breakfast at...

Bed is comfortable, shower is hot and strong, bathroom is nicely appointed and they serve a tasty breakfast. Rooms are quiet even though the hotel is located right in the heart of the tourist district. You leave your shoes at there bottom of the stairs, Thai style, which means the hallways are quiet and clean. Room #10 is great.

I stayed first for three nights in a single room with fan for 500 baht a night. It was fine, with a hot water shower but noisy because it was close to the road and driveway. Then I moved into a single room with air conditioning for seven nights for 700 baht a night. It was a larger room with...

Really lovely place to stay in Chaing Mai. You are literally situated at a perfect location in the old city to visit all sights, night markets, and lively nightlife. The room was clean and exactly as pictured and expected. For the price this is well worth a visit. The courtyard is a wonderful place to hang out as well.

Compared to our other guesthouse in chiang Mai this one was okay but nothing more. We stayed one night in room 304 (1200 baht with aircon and renovated bathroom) and one night in room 302 (800baht no aircon and old bathroom). We found both were a bit overpriced for what they were. They were clean but Wifi did not work...

It seems that there are hundreds of hotels and guesthouses in the city center, so competition by way of quality should be high. Pha Thai House (pronounced FA THAI) is a beautifully decorated place with a very helpful and efficient staff. My family and I stayed for 12 nights. The restaurant and common seating area is nice, but because of...

Clean, well run, basic hotel. Rooms functional, comfortable and quiet. Staff lovely and very professional. WiFi pretty poor and breakfast basic. Good location with lots of eating options nearby. Felt safe.

This hotel has a lovely presentation and some quaintness with the padlock door and screened entrance. But I was very disappointed. The bed is like a board.... fortunately we had an air mattress. The air conditioner blows right on you during the night. There is a tea kettle in the room but no complementary tea or coffee. The staff is...
