We viewed this hotel before booking and it looked very nice at a reasonable price. However, after staying here and having had time to look at more places, I wouldn't recommend Na Thapae. The air conditioner didn't cool the room, but was hideously noisy, the bed was uncomfortable...all beds in Thailand seem to be firm, but this one left us...

Quiet hotel with a large clean room for one. Free bottled water in your room which is replenished daily. Polite staff. Great location - Night Bazaar is a must (only a 10 minute walk away!) Great base for your stay in Chiang Mai. I fully recommend :)

Na Thapae is one street off the main road but near ThaPae gate and Loi Kroh Roads. Super clean and quiet and the staff is superb. It is highly recommended for affordable, comfortable stay in Chiang Mai.

We stayed there for 4 days. Room was clean and location was good but that's about it. - We asked for a room with a double bed but was told on arrival that only rooms with single beds were available. Even though I saw a double bed room become available, no effort was made to switch us even though we...

This hotel is located off a main road so it is a nice place to get some peace and quiet. The room are very clean and sort of modern as the bathroom shower is separate and nice. But the TV was dated. The staff is wonderful and helpful on all levels. They have a mini bar in the room and...

This is a small hotel on three floors on a small side street just a block off of the moat road, about a five-minute walk to Tha Pae Gate and the main tourist area of town. Very close to abundant restaurants, bars, Sunday Walking Street, and the Night Bazaar. I thoroughly enjoyed my three nights there. It is clean, quiet,...

Overall, this was an OK boutique hotel, the room was very clean and a nice mix of modern and Thai decor. I loved the dark wood inside the room. The room does lack a bit of natural light but this didnt bother me as we really only spent time in the room to sleep or take a time out rest...

The rooms themselves were fine (although there are a few stains on my sheets) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But our room was right next to the front desk and stairs going up so it is very noisy with other guests coming and going. Also shower temp was very cold.

I was a little unsure whether to rate this hotel as average or very good. The hotel itself is in a good location. Walking distance from all amenities, tucked away down a small Soi/Alley so it's fairly quiet. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated and the staff were fairly friendly. Wifi wasn't amazing and kept cutting out. I did...

I am just finishing my 7 day stay and am mostly OK with this Hotel. Great location, mostly quiet and meticulously clean. Everything was in very good order except the Bed. I like firm Beds, but this mattress was not comfortable at all. I never asked about changing rooms, maybe they could have given me another room. I had already...
