Four of us stayed in two rooms for three nights at the end of 2016 and across 2017. Rooms are spacious with TV and AC. But there is no fridge, so well you can't keep ice cooling singha or chang beers... Reasonable price and the place is near to chang pak gate, ten min walk to Sunday walking street and...

We fly into chiang mai from samui as a stopover for pai. We didn't have much expectations as it was for one night ..we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, namely due to the friendly and helpful staff on deck! We are disappointed that you guys are full for New Year's Eve or we'd certainly book again. Thanks for having us

It is an all right place where to stay in Chiang Mai. The room in the ground floor is however noisy and the hustle and bustle will probably wake you up early. Room is ok, backpacker standard. The best thing is the staff, really helpful and nice. They also rent bikes there and it is within walking distance from down...

We stayed for 5 nights in total and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, letting us check in early, leave our bags whilst we were on a overnight trek and help us book activities too. Our room was clean and comfortable, good pillows and HOT showers!! Amazing! Anyone who needs laundry done do it through...

It's okay for 1-2 nights but not much more. It's clean but very basic. The staff were sometimes incredible nice and other times talked over us and didn't listen to what we were trying to say. The location is good but there's not much more to it.

This is a great little place that's very central to old town attractions, markets etc.. Staff are also super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very affordable, with good working AC as well as a fan, definitely recommended!

We stayed at the Junior Guest House in Chiang Mai for 6 nights during the Loy Krathong festivities and it was the perfect place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The Guest House staff were very welcoming and had an extensive knowledge of the city. The Junior Guest House is located in an...

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. It has a good location walking distance to some of the main temples. The rooms are as advertised, simple but clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. We also had breakfast at the hotel and it was really good. Also, we arranged with the hotel our pick up...

This is a guesthouse do not look for bathtub or super comfort its not a hotel. But we call it home on the second day itself. Located in a lane where locals live plus wonderful cheap restaurants while remaining close to all facilities that you need. If you are adventurous or on a budget it is the ideal place. Friendly...

Stayed here for one night before heading to the Elephant Nature Park for a week. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The place is in need of updating and the room also. The room was large with only a fan, the furniture was a bit smelly but we slept ok and it was only for...
