I booked a triple room for me,my wife & a boy of 16, via hotels.com. I confirmed my booking & airport pickup by calling them. They confirmed it. I wanted them to arrange a cake, candles & some birthday decorations for my wife's birthday as a surprise, but their "contact us" was not working so I didn't get any response.I kept on...

My girlfriend and I had some of our best days in Thailand while staying at Junior Guest House, and Jeff and Fia helped tremendously towards it. As soon as we arrived they sat us down with a free map and showed us all the options for our 5 days in Chiang Mai. Even when we wanted to book things, they...

This is the good guesthouse that I ever stay. Good friendly staff. They always keep greeting during you stay and ask how is your day. Ready to help all the time. Nice location(in the old city near by the north gate). 5 minutes walk to the sundy walking street where you can find local walking street and cheap local things....

We didn't actually mean to stay here but our hotel had an issue with our rooms bathroom so we had to relocate to this guest house. The owners are a lovely family and made us feel at home. The rooms and comfy and spacious. The food is really good and exceptionally good value for money.

I arrived at Junior Guest House at midnight, and left at 8am the next morning. 2 days later when I came back and checked in again, they remembered me by name and asked how I enjoyed the elephant park. The staff here really make the place. They do travel bookings and there is a restaurant on site. The rooms are...

I stayed at Junior Guesthouse for 5 nights last week in Chiang Mai. I couldn't have been more impressed with Tata and Jeff and the crew and the impeccable service the provide. Tata met me at the airport with a huge friendly smile and on the drive back provided an introduction to the city. When back at the hostel he...

I spent 6 weeks in Thailand in total and 2.5 weeks at Junior Guesthouse. Rooms are all you could ask for yet this place had one simple draw card... fantastic people. TarTar, Jeff, Chai and Benz were all kind hearted, wise thais who would always allocate time to help with any issues or simply share their expertise to help you...

Stayed here for 6 nights and loved it! The staff was always willing to lend their expertise of the area and had excellent recommendations for places to visit and local highlights. The room was clean and our's had a nice view of the mountains. Quality of the room was decent and fair for the price. Also had great food, the...

We had an awesome time at Juniors Guesthouse, so awesome that we returned. The rooms are basic, but there is nothing to complain about (I really dont understand the bad reviews about this guesthouse). The shower is hot, you get 2 towels, the fan works really well (and we had 38 degrees), you can have Aircon rooms as well though,...

Absolutely loved staying here. The rooms are basic but very reasonable for the price, which they don't raise for peak times. I liked the location, lots of great places nearby for coffee and food. Tata picked us up from the airport which was so fantastic, it was Thai New Year so things were about to get crazy. His enthusiasm and...
