My husband and I originally booked two nights, then we added a third, then we added two more! We loved Chiang Mai and this was the perfect hotel to stay in to experience this city. Our friends recommended it to us and we would do the same for other friends after staying here ourselves. The location is perfect, it's a...

We stayed in the Sakorn Residence in early March 2017 for 4 nights. What really blew me away was the value for money. We had a good sized hotel room with free WiFi, breakfast included, a pool and fitness centre for less than £30 a night. One possible negative is that the hotel is approx 20min walk to the town...

Hotel on the left bank of river Ping, about 2 km from Tha Pae Gate (Old city), 100,-BHT bye tuktuk. Large rooms, large bed with nicely hard mattress. Bathroom with shower, again large enough. Daily cleaning, daily change of towels. Two bottles of water daily. Small refrigerator. Mosquitos everywhere, because of the river nearby, take some repelent with! One issue...

Quiet retreat from the busy old city although an easy walk or cheap Tuk Tuk to town. Although a bit disappointed with room at first (was at the back side of building with no view and bed was super hard), the relaxing pool and super helpful staff made up for it. Gail at the front desk was especially great. I...

Sakorn Residents is conveniently located with a good selection of restaurants in walking distance but only a short Tuk Tuk ride to the center of town. Rooms are large with walk in showers. Included Breakfast lacks variety but an adequate start to the day. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location, walking distance from Chiang Mai flower market, night market & Warorot market (just across the foot bridge; turn left out the hotel, right by the car garage & the bridge is a couple of metres on the left). Also lots of riverside restaurants to choose from very close by. Hotel was clean & the included breakfast was very...

We stayed here for one night and would have stayed longer if not for a couple things. The property is nice, the rooms are spacious. My biggest problem with this hotel is the hot water and the fact that the water is warm at best even with the cold tap completely turned off. The wifi seems to be hit and...
