We enjoyed 6 very pleasant nights at the De Lanna and were very pleased with our decision to stay there. The central location is very convenient to many sights in Chiang Mai, just a short walk away. The staff is exceptional in their courtesy, attitude and willingness to help in any way possible. Koy, the senior dining room manager, went...

Stayed in a superior room: was good, small bath room though (1 person at a time). The staff was very friendly. Close to a lot of things, but not in a noisy neighbourhood. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

The first impression when we arrived late at night was not good : shabby run-down 1st-floor room close to noisy street ; untiled concrete bathroom floor with a urinal as well as a toilet ; stifling hot room. But from that low-point we got to appreciate De Lanna's positive attributes : great complimentary breakfast, good position and a very welcome...

After a long journey to get to Chiang Mai, the arrival at De Lanna left a lot to be desired. There was a lot of staff at the front desk, but they all seemed quite befuddled by our arrival and it took them awhile to figure our 2 rooms out. The hotel is directly on a semi-busy street so it...

This is where we stayed our whole time in Chiang Mai. It was right in the Old Town area, so its easy to get around and get to all the temples close by (there is one or two on every block). You can also walk to the Night Market if you want, but the little red taxi truck is only...

Dear lovely guests, Sorry for the inconvenience on our services. Normally, our front desk helps for these kind of issues such as restaurant booking/confirmation. However, we have some new staffs that they might stick with the rules and policies. For example, if the guests want to call out from the hotel to talk any business/private issues, the guests need to...

已經是第二次逗留,員工比以往親切。房間空間夠大,小露台很舒適。只是洗澡地方跟廁所有點舊。早餐很不好吃,材料很差。地點方便,整體還是不錯。 This was my second time and stay in there. Good location in old city and convenient to Sunday market. Staffs are friendly and helpful, specially the man was wearing glasses who always standby in reception. Really love the traditional Thai style of room, just the toilet was a bit old. Breakfast was the only thing need to be improved,...

I stayed at De Lanna Hotel for 3 days. The services and the staff is good and friendly. Just only poor at the buffet breakfast. But overall still acceptable. I will recommend the hotel to my Friend. And I will stay here when I visit Chiang Mai again.

This is a resort hotel that is situated in the middle of the old city. Near many places of attractions and the design is rather quaint. If you look beyond the tired looking in need of renovation. If you can see past the less than ideal lighting and aged bathroom, it may suit your needs. Also, I think the staff...

We were in SE Asia for three weeks and I wasn't amaze with this hotel. It's good for the price and is in a great location. Near to all main attractions, great access to transportation. The rooms are very dark. We stay close to the pool area and the only way to have natural light is by opening your door......

We enjoyed our stay at De Lanna. Located off the main road within the old town, the hotel is a peaceful resort-style retreat. Our room was clean and comfortable, with amenities (towels, toiletries) refreshed daily. TV reception was terrible. The buffet breakfast wasn't great but provided enough sustenance to start the day. It is within walking distance to Wat Phra...
