What a great time we had staying here. The room was nice and clean and exactly as pictured online. We absolutely loved the wooden look and found it quite relaxing. The highlight of the room was the large bay window overlooking the street, allowing us to sit and read while observing the life on the street below. Now for the... More

If you are tired of sterile accommodations in Chiang Mai --- stay here. You will feel like you have stepped off the street and entered an old, real Thai home where they have reserved their best bedroom just for you. My room (room #1) - 2nd floor - is very large and fronts the street with a huge bay window... More

This place is in a nice cozy corner of the old city. What makes this place special though is the owner Mr. Tarn. He helped book my wife a special trip to a national park while I ventured out on some of the nature trails. The next day we called and he booked us a taxi to go see the... More

Dream House is a comfortable, clean and inexpensive guest house in a great location in Chiang Mai. The outside is set up as tour operator and massage parlour and just inside the front door is where the massages take place. Behind this, and up the dark, teak stairs are the guest rooms, all decorated in dark wood. The rooms are... More

Great guesthouse to stay at in old town, perfect location to explore both old and new town, about 15 mins walk to night bazar. Large comfortable rooms, older style so don't expect it to be modern but this adds to the charm. Mr torn is a great host and can help you with anything you need. Make sure to take... More

Dream House provided us with a most attractive large room, a good ensuite with a shower and WC, and an enclosed balcony and we were supremely comfortable. We were in room 4 on the third floor with a view of a tiled roof, the top of a chedi, and a palm tree all framed against a blue sky. The only... More

we just left the dream house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we loved the fact that we had to walk through the massage clinic to get to the stairs to our room. the place was so aromatic with scents of lemon, ginger, orchids and oils. it is an older dwelling with beautiful teak and mahogany walls and installations. also many... The Dreamhouse Hostel was a decent stay. The owners of the place were very attentive and welcoming, they even helped us with tours and rental of scooters. The hostel is well located near the main part of the city and it is not too far from the airport. Now regarding the place itself, It was fine, but I have to... More

Nice but not new hotel over the massage saloon. If there wasn't the sign " Dream House" I wouldn't find it at all. High steps between floors. Rooms overlooking to the street are very noisy even in the nights. Very helpful guy selling excursions and strange owner took away my closes from the room before check-out time . Another staff...
