The hotel itself is in a nice quiet area but the walls must be made of paper. You can hear the rooms above, to the side and anyone on the corridor no matter how soft they walk. The hotel is actually quiet nice, but the rooms are dated. For the price it is okay, good enough location, just lack of...

We spent one night in this resort. We booked a double bed room n 201. Very bad experience. Old and dirty. Hard to sleep because we could hear every step coming from the room upstairs.Tv and fridge come from flintstones' era .

The rooms were spacious and clean but the beds were rock hard and the walls very thin. I could hear the man in the next room snoring. If you do stay there get an upstairs room, we were downstairs and it was very loud. It is to the bet location as quite far from the night market. I would not...

The place is set in a quiet area of town, far from the noise of the city, yet easily and cheaply accessible. The open areas are very nice, the pool looked clean. However the rooms are different than what appears on photos - the shower being the worst. The room was altogether clean but still not worth the money, when...

Even though this resort could do with some investment funds to spruce it up, it is still a unique place to stay. The rooms are a good size, the grounds are not busy and it is relaxing to swim or sit by the clean pool, or sit in the sala having a coffee or drinks. It is only a 15...

We are staying for 2 months and are having a wonderful time. The staff is friendly and professional. We can walk to most areas of Chiang Mai, including the Night Bazaar,...

We made good experience with the staff. They try to do their best, however the place needs urgent refubishment. The garden and pool could be a perfect place. The changing area is however in a very bad shape. Still the pool is charming and the water seems to be clean. Rooms are as good as possible. We staid quite comfortable...

We stayed twice tor studiyng at the Thai Massage school, one month both times, the best room are those facing the garden. Beautiful wood interiors. The pool in the garden is small but ok. They give discount for long staying. A lot of shops around, but off the central town. We had a great time there.
