Cheap and lovely clean rooms Family run business who are very friendly, trustworthy and polite. Stayed here for the whole week of Chiang Mai. And was only meant to be for one night. But we really enjoyed our stay here. Cheap and in the city centre Definitely recommend and would stay here again

Change hotel because the previous had AC straight on my head at night. THis one had a fan instead. For half the price of my former hoster 100 m down the road. Better and bigger room. Nice large shower. Lots of hot water. Veny neat room. Quiet at night. The staff is just faboulously kind and flexible. Always keen to...

Arrived in Chiang Mai really early in the morning at around 6 am and walked all the way from Samlan Soi to this place looking for places to stay. It was mid-December and so most places were booked or a bit over our budget. We had the entire day but managed to reach Taicoon and checked-in by around 10 am....

Stayed here for two nights and found it to be a great place. The location is awesome (right by Pae Gate); the room is clean; and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good stay for the price.

This is a great guesthouse with the best location, walking distance (2 minutes)from Thapae gate in old city. Room is big and has everything you need, comfortable and clean bed, hot shower. The hostess are 2 ladies very friendly and they treat you as family. I felt I was at home. Room very cheap.

Nice guesthouse in a perfect location - just 5 min away from the East Gate. The rooms are totally fine - not new but always clean and pretty big. There is also a nice outdoor area where you can sit, watch the owners cook their dinner and also try the food :) We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely...

I have stayed here several times now and the friendly staff treat me like family. Located in the heart of Chiang Mai city, just meters away from the Thapae Gate. Clean rooms, hot water, comfortable bed.

Great place, got a spotless room with a clean and comfortable bed, hot shower and a clothing stand. Room couldn't be cleaner. Very friendly staff. Got my room for only 250 baht, so you get bang for your buck here.

I stayed at Taicoon House In January 2014. I stayed with my girlfriend and have only good things to say about Taicoon. The location is great (right by the Tha Pae Gate), rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Booking classes were easy and there were many brochures available to choose from. Well worth the money....

This was an average hotel stay. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. We had a private bathroom with a hot shower. The location is good. It was very noisy (dogs barking, street noise, etc.)
