This place gets 3 stars because the experience was good until check out when the reception wanted to charge us THB 100 for late check out (we're talking only for an extended hour or 2)- which we thought was plain ridiculous. I've never heard of anything like that. It's a shame because i really liked the place.

at this point in my trip I was flying solo. This was a safe feeling little hotel that had a very nice breakfast included, lots of bottled water. It is a pick up spot on several tour lines which made it very convenient. I really enjoyed staying there!

I and my friend visited Gord Chiangmai last Friday and stayed for 1 night. We really love this place, cheap and clean! This hotel is not luxury but it feels HOME! Breakfast was good but they have only 4 set that we can choose! The stuffs are nice.

Gord Chiang Mai served us well! Well located, the hotel provides guests easy access to destinations throughout the old city of Chiang Mai. The Sunday Walking Street Market is five minutes away, as are several historical landmarks (temples, gates). The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel has a contemporary style with interesting finishings: wrought iron railings, light installations...

The first impression of the hotel was a nice building and a clean well maintained interior. The bed was comfortable and the AC was powerful enough during the day and the nighttime temperatures allowed for sleeping with only the screen. Everything about this place just seemed a bit off, though. Things you would expect from a full hotel over a...

This hotel is great for the budget minded traveler. It is located very close to the Old Town Chiangmai and has the basic requirements for a stay. The location is a bit off the main road. It is not a luxury hotel but I still found it to be simple and nice. I was able to walk to Old Chiangmai....

This place is a gem. The rooms are great. Good for a family. The communal kitchen came in handy for a cheap dinner. We bought a heap of street food and ate it in the comfort of the hotel dining area. The breakfast was good and the location of the place was perfect for the sunday night market. I was...

I love that it's clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Close to the night market so it's very convenience. The location is right in the middle of Chiang Mai so it's very easy to get to everywhere.
