We paid premium $120+ for 2 nights, it was new years eve but the our room was not luxury boutique, far from it. No pics of our room shown by hotel, looks like newer, misleading. Was rundown and up 3 flights of stairs. It may have been luxury 20 years ago, now the section we stayed in was run down....

This location was not by our choice, as my sister and I arrived in Chiang Mai on an emergency visit to see our mother after finding her after two years of being missing. However, one of her caregivers us to work at this location, so it was recommended and arranged for us when we arrived. Our first night was in...

Even so the owner is not really charming, no smile at all, the place is: 1) very charming care taking reception 2) clean and cozy place 3) inside pool, like patio style 4) local market nearby 5) you need own transport or to use the red caps to reach Centre of Chiangmai

Perfect value for money. Students pay 120 bath and non-students pay 120 bath for gym, spa en swimming pool. Perfect value for money. So the gym is really small. But if you are alone, or with 2-3 persons it's big enough. More would be crowded. There is not a lot of equipment though. But what is there, is good enough....

Ok, so it's about a 5 min drive from the Old Town but it is in a quiet location and trips into the Old Town are as little as 20 Baht . Ask at the hotel for the cheapest taxi and they will sort you out. We had a good room which was cleaned every day and while the breakfast...

The neighborhood is quiet with a few restaurants,7/11 and a nice local market just 5 min walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly...

Friendly but overpriced and tiny room, could hardly fit our bag. Stayed one night and moved..this is not a boutique hotel it is a basic room, we were up 3 flights of very steep stairs, really difficult to carry bags up. It's in a small Soi with not much around you need to drive to go anywhere.

This adorable family owned hotel was my sanctuary in Chiang Mai when I visited the magnificent city. The staff were always very kind, greeting me with smiles and politeness and cooking delicious breakfast for me in the freezing january winter cold mornings. They were very helpful with laundry and carrying my very heavy luggage (from 3 months of travelling) up...

We enjoyed our nine day stay here. Like most places in Chiang Mai, the longer you stay the more they will negotiate on prices. The basic room was comfortable but a little small to really hang out in. We upgraded to a bigger room after a few days and that was much better. The staff is super friendly and accommodating,...
