We stayed at this hotel for five nights in early February. Not the best of locations, being a 10 minute walk to the old town. There was an excellent supermarket within 100 meters but no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You, therefore, eat at the hotel restaurant or in town. Our room was a good size and staff were friendly....

Stayed in 1 bedroom junior suite. Very roomy & comfortable. Some floors not renovated yet (Feb., 2013) ... ours was. 2 bathrooms seemed unnecessary (maybe a kitchenette would have been a wiser option). Spacious, clean bathroom, despite some slow drainage issues. Location ..... located in an uninteresting part of town (a little isolated). Staff were all friendly & helpful. Pool...

For the price paid conpared to Australian standards, you will find yourself in a superior Comfort Inn room. Basic but clean accommodation. Surprisingly, the restaurant serves a relatively decent a-la-carte. Helpful staff. Location wise - not quite flexible to go or see anywhere but you have a real albeit small 'shopping centre' literally nearby as well as a decent laundromat...

We stayed at Mercure Chiang Mai recently and weren't too impressed with our experience. The hotel is pretty old and run down and the service had a lot to be desired. The rooms were clean and comforatable, but really dated and the breakfast was ok (not great). The hotel wasn't in a great location, with the only benefit being that...

A bizarre experience, the 4-star hotel that God forgot. On the outside you are welcomed by a stylish fountain, on the inside the towels are torn and broken and have been washed a thousand times too many. The bathrooms and showers are modern and nice, while the carpets in the rooms and hallways are greasy, spotty and should have been...

Great smiling and helpful staff. However the rooms are quite dated, the beds are the usual high level of comfort wigh the Accor group., Especjallythe bathroom. The lication is a bit ou t of the way but a walkable distsnce to the old city. The price reflected these points but I probably wont stay there again.

Dear aulynch, We are pleased having you as a guest and thank you so much for your review on tripadvisor!
