We stayed at this hotel for 4 night while golfing in Chiang Mai. The location is excellent as its front door is smack in the middle of the night market, and across the street are the western eateries (McDonalds, Burger King, Duke's Ribs or Thai food in the night market food court). The hotel lobby is very clean and comfortable...

Stayed there for several days visiting our family in town. Chiang Mai was almost fully booked, so we choose this hotel. Not bad, but not special either; it shows it's age. The front desk staff was limitedly friendly and not attentive at all; with one word, there's no 'vibe'. The area around the hotel is crowded and can be chaotic....

We stayed here for 5 nights in late January 2015. This hotel is situated near the Anusam Night Bazar. It is mid-range, good clean and friendly. Ensure you get a room on 6th floor or above, near the front of the building. The back of the hotel looks straight into another building, and it is in a noisy position with...

The lobby looks 5 star..the rooms nearer to 3 plus or a low 4 star. However the staff are great as was the breakfast and the rooms are clean and well looked after. I would certainly recommend staying there if you're in Chiang Mai. Easily to walk to most Chiang Mai locations.

Nice, tidy, central. .. walk out door to endless markets in the evening, endless massages... great place . Excellent breakfast. . As you walk out hotel you may get bombarded with taxi drivers if you don't want one tell them politely NO. If you do take one get a price first ☺

There are night markets (walking street) located outside / along the hotel. If you are looking for massage/spa (upper market), you can pop by opposite the hotel there is a very nice and reputable "Let's Relax Spa & Massage", service and ambience is above average. The hotel itself provide shuttle bus service too. Variety of breakfast spread was not too...

I don't normally stay in hotels such as this one but it was on a very good deal via Expedia. Reception/Check In was OK and even though I arrived early my room was ready. Room was clean and bathroom was fairly modern. Reception staff speak English and Mandarin. Didn't eat in the hotel due to the cost but from what...

It's been two years since I stayed here, there's been a few changes. The reception desk has replaced the restaurant which is now on the first floor, where the reception was is now a nice little coffee shop. Gone is the Avis desk, I miss that. What hasn't changed is the fantastic service and staff. I had an issue with...

The hotel is a little tired but our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We only used the hotel as a base for touring around and it was ideal.
