Don't spend money on this extremely unprofessional hotel. It's old and have dirty and nasty rooms. Breakfast is not very good and the staff is not polite. The staff speak poor or no English, and if you complain about dirty room they want more money to fix it. Electricity was taped to gether in the rooms, and it was dust...

Stayed at this hotel just for a couple of days on a family trip on the way to other destinations. The hotel is easy to find and is not far from popular places and shopping malls. The hotel and its rooms are definitely old and I was lucky to get a single room with an actual view outside the windows....

I bought vouchers from the exhibition and stay here for two times. First time in superior room which is very old and small. However, second time I get a room upgrade to deluxe room which has been renovated (only some parts of the room) It was lots better than the first time. The gym here was not usable. Every equipment...

The Chiang Mai Hills was a good budget hotel option. I was there during a convention when the hotel was running at full occupancy, yet staff were friendly and quick to respond, especially during breakfast. It's a bit out of the city center but is within easy walking distance of Maya Mall (skip the basement food court and go to...

Can't rave about this, but it was fine to sleep in. The location isn't close to me ch, although there's a small trendy area about 10 minutes walk away which we quite liked. Also a smallish shopping mall. Wifi was patchy here, but the kids liked the swimming pool (but they like any swimming pool !).

I spend two weeks in this hotel for training and conference. The hotel is in a nice location with a nice mall nearby, restaurants, cafes and local transport. It is a good hotel for functions as there are many different rooms. Food is good with variety, but on the second week it could be more creative, changing fruit desserts, of...

The hotel is located quite nice place It is very convenient to go Night Bazaar, Downtown, Shopping area etc. The Deluxe room was quite big and shower and bath tub were good. But everything in the hotel seems very old. The hotel needs to be renewed. If you consider the price it is OK. Value of money. If they improve and...

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Don't let the pictures on their website fool you. I found a booger on my bed, holes in my sheets, and the pool is run down and green. I slept on top of the sheets because I was so disgusted and requested a new bed. This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. The staff barley...

I have stayed 3 times at this hotel. It was a rather long time ago. The hotel is rather old and a few things looks worn out. The room was ok. Average room but clean and the bed was ok. The staff was pretty nice here. And the breakfast was good. But the hotel is a long way from the...
