We stayed for one night whilst passing through Chiang Mai. I believe you get what you pay for applies here. The room was clean and had all the amenities, however it was just a really depressing room. Everything was old and tired either ripped or mouldy. I didn't really enjoy my stay, but it was fine for one night. If...

During a recent visit to Chang Mai I had booked a hotel through one of the big operators. On arrival the occomadtion wasnt suitable, so with my wife we looked for somewhwere else to stay and found the Travellers Inn. At 490bht per night it is good value and the location is ideal for bars shops and retaurants. We booked...

Stayed for 3 weeks at Traveller inn Chiang Mai. Room rate very good location fantastic staff very friendly. Cleanliness perfect. Probably the most the cleanest place in SE asia. Food Kiosk serves limit menu but great coffee and smoothies all with a smile.

When upon my first arrival checking the room I was disappointed and immediately asked for something better. Which appeared to be the room numbers ending with 01. Old but fantastic, comfortable rooms with everything you need and as bonus a great view on Suthep mountain. Stayed here for 4 times now and the 01 rooms became my favorite places in...

While this hotel is close to main attractions, IT IS AWFUL. To begin with, while checking i the staff was not friendly. The shower did not drain, so every time you went into the bathroom, your feet were soaked. Room was full of mosquitos, the bed smelled bad, wifi does not exist in the rooms, and we could hear the...

I made a huge mistake booking this place. First of all it's on LoiKroh Rd. (google it) While you're at it also google ''short time hotel''. Allow me to be as delicate as possible, this road is the red light district of Chiang Mai and this hotel is located right in the heart of it. Full of beer bars and...

Nice and clean room. It was quiet even though the hotel was full. Very good location to walk everywhere. Across the road from 7/11 so cheap beer can be had on front porch of hotel after a long day. Close to several night markets. Noodle bar across the street is extremely cheap and has amazing noodle dishes/soups. Try the breakfast...

This is the perfect place if you are in that inbetween stage of not wanting to share a room with 6 strangers and not having a lot of money to get your own place. For 490 Baht you get a nice clean room, wifi and a hot shower. The less expensive rooms don't have wifi and you get a lot...

Hotel wasn't total crap, however it was quite loud and the bed is the hardest thing we ever slept on, which we were quick to find out most Thai beds are just like this. It's super cheap, $9 for a private room, private ensuite with fan but didn't have a great sleep.

We moved to this hotel after having issues with a previous place. The rooms are cheap, clean and basic- we stayed for about 400-500 baht a night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi works well. The hotel is located in a good location, short walking distance to the night markets. Our room also had a lovely view!
