This Guesthouse is really close to Downtown and the owners organize any kind of trip or safari or anything else around the town with a cheap price but with a good quality. This Guesthouse is also a Tourist Center where tourist come to get info so they are always at your service! The owners really treat you all like their...

Stayed 4 nights in Deluxe room for a family of 4. Nice big room, comfortable beds. Friendly and helpfull family ownes the small place. Walking distance to many things in the city. Good value for money.

Yes, it is true, they charge Bt100 for room cleaning during your stay, but sheets and towels are changed daily at no extra charge. When searching for family rooms in Chiang Mai, we noticed a plethora of rooms for 2, but few are adjoining and there are even fewer guest houses with private rooms for 4. There are 2 such...

For the price you pay they won't even clean your room without surcharge 100b more. They speak poor English but it is understandable. The place is quiet and the location is a bit far from the city centre 10min.
