Due to a special trip, I was placed in this hotel without a choice. A group of us travelled and stayed here. I have read reviews online but didn't expect it to be so poorly maintained. The toilet tiles cracked. Water from the tap is yellow. I have to use mineral water every morning for brushing and rising my mouth.... More

Other reviews state that this hotel is Haunted. This infomation from my own personal experience is FALSE! I am a big fan of horror, when I read a review that this hotel was the younger sibling to the hotel from the Shining. I was "dead" excited, however it is nothing like it! We stayed here for 4 nights. On our... More

That's the time we stayed in this hotel, despite we originally booked for 5 nights. We were redirected here by a travel agency in Bangkok that showed us beatiful pictures of this hotel. Entrance hall was huge and nice, but the rest of the hotel was just awful. The room was just old and dirty, shoeer was terrible and sink... More

I booked this hotel because it was supposed to be 4 star...the only 4 star I would give is the breakfast! When I saw the room they assigned me, I couldn't believe my eyes...very old bathroom fixtures, sink and bathtub with rust stains...I asked to change the room...was granted, but the room was not much better...I decided to stay! They... More

Situated just where you need to be right in the center of everything. Reception was good and the staff very friendly. The rooms are dated and tired. Having said that they are big and quiet and have nearly everything you need except for a safe. That's annoying because every time you have to go downstairs to use the safe deposit... More

A bit hard to review this place. It must have been a standout 20 years ago but it needs a spruce up. Many of the reviews say the atmosphere is not right. Maybe an exorcist is required. Actually the location is great, the rooms are OK, the Air-con and internet are OK, the breakfast is OK except for the coffee... More

The contact personal missed our request for transportation from airport to the hotel, thus caused us to waited for an hour. After they realized the mistake, the manager showed sincerity with the appology and did not charge us for breakfast and return way transport. The air condition system were not in good condition for some room and the room temperature... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Overall it is quite a good hotel. Clean, spacious and with quite good amenities, including a pool and a small gym. It also includes a restaurant with a variety of dishes at a reasonable price. The room was big, clean, beds were comfy. The room had a large dresser, small flat screen... More

A massive hotel that always seemed empty, so had a bit of The Shining feel to it. Good pool and a/c. Room was massive, but had a dirty and dingy bathroom and wallpaper was peeling in several places. Front desk non that helpful and couldn't share any tips/recommendations. They also charged more to reserve in person at the desk, so... More
