This little guest house is in a great location for the night bazaar action! It's basic and clean and good value for money. No complaints. Top tip - don't use the extortionate hotel laundry service, there's a 40baht/kilo service just across the road!

Much cheaper than other available accommodation when we visited Chiang Mai but clean and comfortable. Wi-fi a little temperamental but staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the Anusorn night market open 6pm to 11pm and well worth a visit.

This is the seventh time that we've stayed at lannathai and we have never been disappointed. Situated in the heart of the night market close to everything. Lovely staff, always very helpful. Good value for money. Worth a stay.

I almost was okay with the place if it was for the noise from the night market. It's location, the proximity to the night market could be a reason why it is slightly expensive than similar guesthouses 10-20 mins away from here. Anyhow, my room was clean, decent AC and washroom. The cleaning lady did her job well everyday. Nice... More

We stayed in guesthouse for 5 nights, the location is good, very close to the popular night markets and within comfortable walking distance from old town. The rooms are basic but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rates are 580b or approximately Aus $23 per night. Breakfast was extra but we preferred to eat at the local eateries.... More

We spent 3 nights here. Pros: - Good location - two free large bottles of water each day - staff were friendly Cons: - Due to location loud music all night and locals screaming in the early morning - careful with plugs. Two of our devices blew up due to the power sockets - we booked double bed but were... More

Pros- ok for the price you pay what you get. Helpful staff Room cleaned everyday Cons- loud! If you're looking for a goodnight sleep you're not going to get it. The noise from the night market finished at midnight followed being woken up at 6am from workers next door building and wielding. Bed is rock hard

We stayed here for the first 5 days of our trip and it felt like home to me. Even though it is nothing fancy - very dated, the pillows hard (the main problem), the bed wasn't the best and there was a slight ant problem, it's in an excellent location! Right behind the Night Bazaar (an exciting atmosphere to be... More

I found this place randomly because had no booking in Chiang Mai and looked for a clean, calm and not expenive place near the Night Bazaar. And there it was! 500 Baht for a big double room with fridge and fan and AC... perfect! Had a great 5 night stay. The staff was friendly and the room service did a... More
