Nice room for the price, GREAT food in the restaurant, GREAT coffee, friendly staff. Just wish they had a pool! The location is also fantastic. Many shops, restaurants, and temples within walking distance.

Comfortable, clean units with good showers at this Guesthouse. King size beds available.Private toilets. Very basic accommodation but with lots of character and very quaint country like setting. Owners are very welcoming. Cold beer is available and they will cook breakfast for you. No need for wake up calls as the roosters will wake you LOL.

What a great find. The rooms spacious and comfortable and clean. The bed comfortable, AC worked perfectly, and plenty of hot water in the shower. The restaurant is good and serves a generous portion. Food pretty much everywhere in Thailand is safe. The best part of this visit is the staff. They are friendly and kind and speak English (mostly)....

This guesthouse is a very pleasant place to stay, not luxurious but a good value for the good price. It is walking distance to many things and centrally located but feels like a retreat setting. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is awesome, the service is fantastic, and the concierge can help you with any bookings you want. We got a room on the second floor that looks right out over the north wall of the Old City. Good view, but not worth it for the street noise. As for one of the rooms in the back. Besides the...

The open air lobby area is fantastic! My group stayed several days there and we spent a few days meeting in that area. The food was very good and the staff very friendly. Don't miss the coffee shop - love that place. My room was fine but certainly not the highlight. A/C was excellent. Great value overall.

Great budget accommodation with helpful staff and newly refurbished rooms but it suffers from a lot of noise from the road at the front. We stayed 4 nights in room 35 which was fine. However we returned for 1 night in room 23 which directly faces the road and the noise was intolerable. I think that will also apply to...
