We stayed for 3 nights here from 7th Feb-10th Feb and it was nice. They let us check in early without any extra charge which was handy for us. There is quite a few mosquitos in the corridors at night/ early hours but so long as you have your air con cold enough we didn't seem to have any in...

We stayed in a double room with and ensuite which was nice. The room was clean and you were given towels, free soap and water and it had a fridge. The wifi worked well and the tv had a few good English channels. Overall the room was pleasant. A major negative was that the bathrooms weren't sound proof. They had...

Been backpacking for a while, when rolled up to Chang Mai previously Tuk Tuk driver brought me to Tapae gate (good location in Chang Mai). Found hotel randomly, stayed here on three separate occasions. If you have any issue just tell staff and they sort it out. Reasonably priced private rooms (double, AC, TV, fridge and freezer, free WiFi in...

Clean and professional hotel. Friendly staff. Perfect wifi everywhere inside the hotel. Bit noisy, lot of noise from hallway and other rooms. Location superb! Beds are comfortable. Clean, nice smelling sheets and towels. For daily clean towels, fresh toilet paper and bottles of water just ask. They don't clean the room during your stay up until you ask them to...

After spending a night at the nearby Mo Rooms, we decided to look for a cheaper option to sleep for the remainder of our time in Chiang Mai. After looking and asking around for almost an hour, we decided the Home Place Hotel, just around the corner from Mo Rooms, was the best option. For only 400 Baht per night...

I stayed at Home Place for 3 weeks ... I got the long term rate of 550 baht per night ... the hotel is centrally located in a lane near McDonald's ... you leave the key at reception when you want your room serviced ... I got a change of bed linen and towels when requested ... there is a...

For 590 baht a night you cant beat it.Any bad reviews are unlucky experiences as this is the second time this weve stayed here. Once for 6 nights this time for...

This hotel is very unprofessional. Arrived with a booking from booking.com late in the evening and they did not have a room available for me, . Reception did not have a clue what they were doing. Eventually got a room, no apologies, very small room, bathroom smells of raw sewage. Travelled around Thailand and stayed at many hotels that are...

590 Baht for a room during high season right next to Tapae - I couldn't believe it, and expected a crappy room. But rooms are modern and clean, with ac, flat-screen and fridge. It was also quiet at night. They have some big (shared) balconies where you can hang out. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They didn't have room...

Booked at this hotel for a few nights and it was awful. The bathroom absolutely stinks, the smell of sewage is awful. The room does not be cleaned unless you ask, and then they only do the bed. The staff are not friendly, and the rain comes in through the window onto the bed (the room is so small that...

“I didn't sleep in all the rooms they had but I would strongly suggest you avoid 201, particularly if you are a light sleeper or travelling with someone who's squeamish about a bit of blood on the wall.”
