The hosts go above and beyond. I had a flat battery and they helped me fix the car. This was during the busy morning breakfast time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the guesthouse is in a great location in my favourite part of the old city. I really appreciated their help and you won't...

Quaint and quiet place tucked away in the north-east corner of the old city, this guesthouse and its affable hosts served as a perfect base to explore the wonderful city of Chiang Mai over three memorable December nights. Every part of the old town was within walking distance, failing which there was always a three-wheeler waiting nearby. The rooms were...

My girlfriend and I stayed at Sleep Guesthouse for 3 nights from 29th Dec and absolutely fell in love with the place! The owner John and his wife Jaae are amazing hosts and they're clearly very proud of what they have created. We loved the industrial themed furniture, very quirky. Huge rooms by Thai standards and a great shower. Breakfast...

Jaae & John are the best hosts you could ever imagine. Ask them anything and they'll do their very best to help you. The rooms were very clean and were even more special because John's father-in-law made most of the things in the rooms, like the beautiful bedside lamps! All the little attention to details and the duvet & sheets,...
