Arrived here at 12.30 and was told we could not check in until 2. Our room was spacious but smelt very bad of damp/mould. We was moved to a new room which was not much better. Bathroom was not that clean. Bed was comfy and the room had a safe and fridge. Breakfast was okay, lots of choice. The hotel...

Stayed here on a short trip with friends. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. They have complimentary water and snacks and we had free drop off to the airport though it is only at specific times. The front staff are nice and help with booking tours, transport, directions. They stick to strict check in check out times but allow...

We had planned to go to Thailand for our honeymoon. We had in-country flights and other hotels reserved for this trip. With the King's sudden passing, we learned that the country goes into a mandatory year of mourning, as he was the longest reigning monarch in history. With only 3 weeks of remaining before our trip, we decided to change...

Stayed here while in Chiangmai before and after setting off for the Mae Hong Soon Loop in Nov 2016. Rooms are large and clean, good WiFi thoughout and breakfast is good. Rooms are non-smoking, but you can smoke by the lift lobby. Best thing is it's proximity to Pop Car Rent where we rented the big bikes from. 50m away...

Hotel and room was beautiful and just what we were looking for! Breakfast buffet was delicious. Rocking burger was delicious. Location was amazing. Walking distance from night bazaar and Saturday night market. Walking distance to everything! Would 100% recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat

The location of this hotel is great and the price isn't bad either. But the decor is a little dated and can be improved. The room that we were staying in also smelled old. Service is okay and the staff was nice. We asked for a later check out since we had a tour booked for the morning but they...

The hotel is in a spot just 5 minutes walk from the old town and 10 minutes walk from the night bazaar. The breakfast was reasonable with pancakes and fresh omlettes the high point. There is a great excursion service at the hotel. They have lots of brochures and they call up the individual companies to reserve your place. You...

Stayed here on our second stay in Chiang Mai. Found the location to be excellent, close to Thapae Gate, and a little further to the night bazaar. Hotel general facilities are sufficient, buffet breakfast also good. Only complaint was how firm the "deluxe" double bed was. Every day I woke up with a dead leg or pins and needles, which...
