Myself & my boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights. The room was clean & comfortable. The food was great and the staff were genuinely very friendly & helpful, it was always a pleasure talking with them. They offer a huge range of activities and are very informative regarding current & upcoming events in Chiang Mai. We did a half day...

We had a double room a/c and the room was all dirty. The sheets and the curtains had stains on them which looked like blood or whatever. The mattress was too hard and not comfy. Sleeping was not possible since you could hear every noise from the neighbors. For a simple pancake at the breakfast we had to wait for...

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is centrally located, the restaurant offers decent and tasty food, and they also organize tours. The rooms are not very inviting... shabby, old, the shower has no pressure at all, not very pleasant, I've stayed in better places for the same money, but they are clean and cheap. Overall a good...

I found the room grubby and floor dirty, stains on the sheets and a dead insect in the bed too. I've stayed in better accommodation for the same money, and others have provided soap, toilet roll and bottled water unlike Eagle House. It was in the guide book and generally gets ok reviews so maybe it's just me, but I...

I stayed at the Eagle House for the second time. And again it was a pleasure! The staff is very is very friendly and 250 Baht for a double bed room with privat bathroom and FAN is more than fair! I also again took a class at the Chilli Club, the cooking school of the guesthouse - I recommend! Thank...

Eagle House has a special place in my heart. We just booked here for our trekking and didn't get the chance to stay in their rooms as they were fully booked. --we regret not staying there because they have good location and have budget friendly rates. Annette, the owner, is very welcoming and will make you feel like Eaglehouse is...

We are a group of 4 students and found this was a great place for us. It was right beside the centre of town, and easy to walk to the markets. It was a great price, the staff were very friendly and helpful, Annette had loads of recommendations for things to see and do, and you could book everything through...

Eagle House is cheap, no question. The owner was super helpful online as I booked, but only briefly saw her after I arrived. Food was okay, and fairly cheap too. Mostly i went down the street to Cat House to have breakfast, which was great. Room was okay too, and seeing as i didn't pay a lot, i didn't get...

On the plus side, the location was good, the papaya pancakes for breakfast were delicious and the garden was nice. Unfortunately i didn't find this a friendly place to stay although i sometimes managed to get help from the staff on directions and the leaky toilet in my room was fixed within the day. The rooms were basic and a...

Annette runs a wonderful little guest house in a quieter part of town. We stayed somewhere else when we first arrived. After hunting around a little, we found that we could stay at Eagle House, with all the same amenities, for half the price. Not only that, but the staff were incredibly friendly, the space is really nice to relax...

“I like the room at the top of the stairs, near to the reception area”

“Second floor on the balcony is quieter and one can keep the window curtains open without losing privacy. Also can hang wash on balcony. But stay clear of the room near the water tank. It makes noise and I heard from others it was annoying.”

“For the tiny increase in price the larger rooms are definitely worth it.”

“All cheap rooms are on groundlevel. You will probably not need an AC.”

“Stay on the upper floor not the bottom floor near the gate. They close it at night so you will hear people coming and going. Also, there is a child that plays in the community area at 7am so go to higher ground.”
