Room was fine but it lacked a window you can open,. Room are fairly clean and comfortable, location is centrally located but difficult to find if walking. Water pressure was fine but shower didn't work and flooded the room. location just off a Main Street is quiet. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast seemed to be expensive and generally the...

I've stayed here a few times now & it was my first time since they completed their renovations. There is a big difference between the old & new rooms, the new rooms being much larger. Overall i had a comfortable stay here, even though the bathroom had a smelly drain. But it's the location & the price that make this...

BED BUGS, DIRTY ROOM + BATHROOM, GUY MASTURBATING AT THE BALCONY CLOSE TO THE POOL (STAFF HOUSE OR NEIGHBOR), INCOMPETENT STAFF If you want to have a nice place to stay in Chaing Mai, please don’t book this place. I’m not complaining about funny things like a bad breakfast or a couple of unclean things, I don’t care about these...

Nightmares. All the rooms are infested with bed buds .got to spend xtra on medical. Can find needles on the floor. The only room not infested is like a sauna room. When open window, its back to square one...mosquito attack.

Better than what I've expected. Totally worth than the amount that I have paid. With pool, breakfast, comfy beds, beautiful interiors & exteriors. Moreover, the bathroom really amazed me. It comes with bathtub but apparently it has some space which can be seen. Ideal for couple but not for friends and family sharing room (male&female). Awkwardly take shower.

Tucked in a quiet lane (except during the day when there's construction across the street), this is a good value property. Near the Old City and main roads with shops, restaurants, banks and 7-11s. Rooms are spacious with AC, hot water, ensuite, fridge and TV and pool across the road I did not use. I liked the handmade soaps provided....

Breakfast was very good and guesthouse is in a great location. The front desk was very kind and accommodating. Our room had very good air con and clean bedding. Our only complaint was the Mosquitos that were somehow sneaking into our room. We couldn't figure out where they were coming from with everything shut. Other than that, good value for...
