The best hotel in Chiangmai. Visited there 5 years after my last visit, and the quality is the same. Very clean and very comfortable beds as well as homely environment. The only let down is the breakfast is not top notch. Improve that and it’s a 5 star.

The hotel is in a good location with a nice pool etc. The best rooms are the ones just in from the main road entrance. They sadly go down hill in condition after that!! Worth upgrading me thinks!!
