We stayed at this Hotel which is located in the center of Chiang Mai. Great location, very close to Tha Pae gate and to any store. The rooms are quite clean but not too big, ok the bathroom and also good the room service. Friendly environment and affordable prices. I recommend it

Dirty sheets with highly stained mattress, very low quality air-con, mud in bottom of toilet and bath tub, window covered by shutter that can barely be opened. We booked this hotel looking for a relatively low budget accommodation as backpackers but this a lower quality than we ever thought could be deemed as a '3 star hotel' looks nothing like... More

Good location , really nice pool. Breakfast terrible. Warmed food - avoid. Best do toast only!! They charge for using your credit card although website said not!! Room was tatty but did the job. Loads of decent restaurants nearby. Thai boxing stadium next door, well worth a visit.

We booked agoda so no refund the pictures on the site looked reasonable, props to the photographer. I booked 3 nights and must have been drunk or something as all the signs where there. We arrived in our pool side room that was very unclean so we complained and tried to cancel the booking. No luck on the booking. So... More

Room is nice and clean, great swimming pool. Staff is helpful with everything. Close to shopping and night market in the center of the town, there's a lot of attraction nearby. Sunday night market is just around the corner. Not far from the airport.

We had a basic family room for five nights. Pro's: - Great location. Right in the center a bit away from the road - Very spacious room - Good madrasses - Fridge in room and a bottle of free water per person put by the cleaning staff every day Con's: - Not clean at all - Sheets had holes -... More

This hotel has something for everyone from inexpensive fan rooms to the lovely new wing. The very old and less old parts of the hotel are basic and a bit musty but perfectly okay for the price given the location and swimming pool. The hotel is a little off the street so quite quiet. The new wing has great rooms,... More

Remember how fun it was to be a backpacker/budget tourist? Remember the small rooms, broken sinks, broken AC units, and junky towels? Ah, those were the days. Fortunately, even if you have grown up and are now a mid-range tourist, you can still get the experience, albeit dressed up as a nice hotel. Yes, it appears to be a plain... More

This hotel was reasonably clean, however when we got to the room there was about 30 mosquitoes flying around. We went to reception to ask for fly spray and they acted as if they already knew it was a problem. Linen etc was clean. Room very out dated with old furniture. Only one wall plug for charging a phone so... More

My friends and I got a triple sharing room, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was a very spacious and comfortable room. The room and bathroom were clean, everything worked, so I was pretty satisfied. I guess my standards are pretty low since I'm used to staying at hostels. The only gripe I had was that the wifi was...
