Wonderful resort - I highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived to our check out, the staff was lovely, the grounds were well maintained and absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to return someday soon.

We booked the superior room for 2 nights. The hotel location is nearby chiang mai city. It has a good gardening and breakfast is good with many choices, but the room is small which the bed is just near the room door.

We spent 5 nights at Shewe Wana and loved it. Gorgeous grounds and superb staff. All the staff were particularly helpful in arranging transport, advising on where to go, and assisting with booking different day activities. My wife has to eat gluten free and this was one of the few times in the last 6 years where she felt confident...

When Shewe Wana claims to be a forest within the city of Chiang Mai, it isn't a joke. The grounds are gorgeously filled with trees, flowers, bushes, and fountains. Check in was lovely, and I was greeted with warm cup of tea before being escorted to my room. My room was very nicely made up; the bed was comfortable, and...

You are transported into a lush jungle oasis. Free Tuk Tuk to the city center or a 15-20 minute walk. I suggest you arrange hotel shuttle pick up from the airport. Upon check in the staff, especially Pink are so eager to help and arrange any tours, etc. There is a large local market two blocks from SWB. So close,...

Great Hotel with very nice rooms and super helpful, polite and friendly staff. They gave us help planning where to go and transportation, plus they have a free tuk tuk if you are ok adhering to their schedule - which is quite frequent. The grounds and gardens were just stunning and everything was very clean - quite exotic. They kept...

I was here when they had special promotion of a standard double room in around $30, but the facilities and services were far beyond expectation! I really love the breakfast with wide range of choices! The staff here were really nice and considerate! Definitely will come back again!

My room was a single and so very small. The ensuite was almost the same size! There was only one small window so it was fairly dark in the room as well. It also looked out onto the walkway so I mainly kept it covered. The door was made of wood and there were gaps all the way round. Despite...

We stayed Shewe Wana four nights. It is a great little place. What makes it so good are the gardens, the breakfast and most of all... the great staff. The ladies at the desk are extremely helpful and polite! The same goes for the men that work there. Thanks for those wonderfull days in Chiang Mai! And thanks for the...
