The bathrooms are filthy and toilets have had the seats removed. The propeirotor/owner... More

Nothing bad to say! Really cheap for what you got (180 bath for a double) The room was clean and big enough, wifi worked perfectly, friendly staff. We asked mama for a bus ticket to Chiang Rai and she told us : I can sell you a VIP ticket for X bath. Or you can go directly to the bus... More

We stayed at this Guesthouse from Feb 08 through Songkran 08. We greatly enjoyed the experience and had no major complaints. While it is possible to eat out every night in Chiang Mai, we did not have to thanks to the wonderfully stocked kitchen. If there was anything we needed (can opener, dish soap, etc.) the owner more than readily... More
