The place is full of males, from a nearby country who offer no respect of oter guests. Lots of males with open doors baring music ouf the doors, unfortunaly the staff wont intervine as they are too frightened, They shouls call the police as it a public annoyance. had to chage room, but was offered a twin rather than the double i paid for. There is no overt security who can deal with this rowdy sortt, back in there own country this would not be tolirated.

I'm working in Bangkok, last week my family visited me for vacation. I have booked two rooms at IBIS Pattaya, one for us and another one for my kids (10 yrs & 14 yrs). (Room no :412&414) At the time of check out i was stopped by the hotel Operation manager (Ms.Alina), she was complaining that two teespoons were missing from the room booked for my kids and she was very rude and rising her voice. I went back to the room and saw the teespoon found down under the table and another one dropped by mistake in the dust bin, when vacating the room. Off course, I do accept, the mistake from our side, but the way the operation manager (Ms.Alina) handled this topic was pathetic… Even after they found the teespoon, I expected minimum apology to my family. But no reaction from her. When we are planning our vacation , I was telling to my family that thai people are very polite and friendly , but what they experienced at IBIS is totally different. I thought to recommend IBIS Pattaya for my relatives from India planning wedding party at Pattaya. Now i recommended to book it in A-One……

Nice big hotel & easy to get to off 🏖️ road, decent parking spaces & security also. 7/11 & Tour operator & Terminal 21 shopping mall within 10 minutes walk from hotel. Rooms could be bigger for the price, dining hall is great & good selection of food. Pool is nice too, staff are nice & deal with all your needs. Grab 🛵 & 🚕 available on the app, decent 20 minute walk to walking street, all in not a bad get away 😀

Overall, a good stay but nothing to write home about. When we arrived they were repairing tiles just inside the front door so you and your luggage have to navigate around that. Employees seem a bit rushed even with us being the only customers in line. The room is fine but I would consider it too small for the price with the vast amount of cheaper rooms available in Pattaya. Swimming pool is OK but overrun with children diving in and no supervision. Breakfast, save yourself the money and eat out. Eggs, chicken sausages, noodles, chicken on a stick, rice, salad, toast, croissant, fruit, cereal, juice. Sounds like a good selection but there is much better available outside for cheaper. The food had nothing to it really and you are contending with a lot of guests. My biggest gripe was that the only plugs in the room was in the far corner away from the beds. Not good in this day and age where people keep their devices on charge and nearby throughout the night. When the alarm goes off you have to go to the opposite side of the room to snooze it unless you have a 3 metre charging cable. My cable is 2 metres and it couldn't stretch to the bed. Anyway, the hotel is quiet at all times and staff are friendly but I think there is alot that could be improved to make it worth the price. One final word of advice, be careful where you park your car. I parked in the lot near the hotel and saw a husband and wife of a different Asian nationality whack cars on both sides with their rental car doors. 2 slim people but opened the doors as wide as they could hitting other cars and did not even flinch. I guess it is normal behaviour for them. Be careful.…

Pet friendly hotel. Not recommend for Muslim since other guest bring dog to their room. Hotel room quite small, no room slipper. Hotel near the beach around 3 minutes walk.7 eleven just 1 minute walk. Quite far from Pattaya Walking Street, need tuktuk/ taxi. 3 minutes walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall.

Ibis hotel Pattaya.... Is gud hotel.. in gud location... But in this hotel rooms are very small.. break fast gud..... I stay there 12th September 2022.. 2 night's my bad time that two days hot water problem.... I feel very discomfort on that time.... This hotel very gud for families... Just 300metrs to theriminal 21 mall... And very near beach....

Ibis is my home in Pattaya, the location and affordable price are the points. Just one thing I want to request is that the breakfast salad bar provides only two choices of unhealthy dressings i.e. mayonnaise and Italian dressing. It would be perfect if the hotel prepare Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar for another choices.
