I booked for super deluxe room and the room is big and comfortable. The hotel has a nice pool, perfect for a swim after a long walk on the streets. Breakfast are great choices with local delicacies and western. Staff are attentive and fast. Great service, hotel located in the busy streets and convenience stores and food outlets around the...

Have stayed there three years in a row, and this will be my fourth. The staff has always been great, the pools immaculate and I love the location. But like another reviewer stated the WIfi leaves a lot to be desired, If they could ever get that fixed it would be a five star review for sure

Stayed at this hotel evergreen section many times but it is time for them to upgrade ,. their rooms and bathrooms. the shower is still over the bath which makes it difficult when you get older. The walls on the inside of the lifts needs to be cleaned I felt like fetching water and doing it myself. will only stay here...

After many visits over the past few years, this hotel has been a home away from home. Just like anywhere, there are the pros and cons… the pros outweigh the cons by a whale and a half. Like others have mentioned, the location is key and the luxury of having peace and quiet just steps away from chaos is just...

Easy and fast check in, very good rates are available. The hotel boasts 2 good looking and clean pools. A very good central location, but with the bonus of very quiet rooms. The rooms themselves have a small balcony, decent big comfortable bed, very clean and well equipped. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Absolutely rubbish WiFi.

Cannot understand why there are so many great review. Probably goes to show the main clientele Pattaya attracts... Luckily I was only here for three nights at the tail end of a business trip. Anymore and I would have checked out. Extremely overpriced for essentially an 80's Forte/Best Western style resort hotel. On the plus side, excellent service and response,...

We checked out yesterday Sat 18th Feb and my family of five plus ten other extended members of the family really enjoyed our stay. Very handy location, clean, nice pool, the gym and in the Evergreen patio suite we stayed in we had lots of room for our early teens children. Mostly I want to acknowledge one of the reception...

This is a great location, in the middle of everything. The breakfast which was part of the package was good value. The service and smiles from all the staff were ubiquitous. Wonderful place and reasonably priced.

This has been my 5th stay here and my last. Room went 3 days without hot water. As I write one lift has been out for 2 days. Old dears stuck in their rooms because they cannot negotiate the steep stairs. Have put up the prices, yet again, but the service has not improved. Was not allocated the correct room...
