We stayed at Golden Beach during Diwali festival in the month of October. We had stayed 3 nights. The check-in procedure was fast. The reception area is big & staffs are very courteous with helpful nature. Most of them cannot speak English except for the reception staff. So we have to communicate with the some actions. The room is well... More

It was an ok hotel as in travel you passed less hour in room and the main feature that a hotel should have is the accessibility of the hotel. It was great in accessibility. If you want to exchange the money, shopping, going to the bars and go for the Pattaya sightseeing, it's perfect. I have read here that it's... More

The only average thing is location.. The behaviour of staff is rude.. During check in they do not tell that there are two places for dining. .Indian and European. By default they give indian...the stuff in Indian is badly prepared..insufficient and .pathetic menu..the European side is much better laid out and spacious. . They do not replenish the water bottles... More

The best part was that when they called me in the morning to inform about free gradation for early guaranteed check in..What else one could expect after a tiring flight?? Everything went well..Rooms are enough spacious with a balcony by default (Another highlight).. Staffs are warm and cordial.. Breakfast was wide and the restaurant serves good tasty value for money... More

The hotel offers homely stay at a prime location. Situated just behind the Central Festival Mall, it is just a walk away from the bustling nightlife. The rooms look a bit dated but also adds to the charm. Breakfast is lavish. The hotel gives bulky keys instead of swipe card and they need to be submitted before heading out. This... More

Our travel agent booked this hotel and visited with family. Entering the Hotel start with good looks of reception area and decent ambiance. Hotel rooms also look quite decent. However, the moment we entered the double room, it was very smelly and had to ask the reception to change the room. The reception was not very friendly to change the... More

The hotel rooms suits to the budget, but its quite disturbing to see that the staff are very poor in English. Though electric kettle, teacup, spoon is there, they are not providing tea/coffee sachet, sugar, etc. for tea/coffee making, when asked, no response. Breakfast is okay, room spacious, pool okay. Any value for money we pay.
