We were a group of twelve guys, and we made reservations for both a Villa and eight rooms at a hotel. The Villa could only be booked through the property's website, but it was definitely worth it. The Villa offered two master bedrooms and two smaller single beds. However, it boasted a lovely drawing room, a compact kitchen, and an outdoor jacuzzi pool. During our stay, we spent three nights at the hotel, which was conveniently located at the end of the Walking street. Close to the hotel's main entrance, there was an exceptional Punjabi restaurant that offered delivery service to the Villa. Additionally, the Villa had its own private entrance. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can confidently say that it was worth every penny.…

I am writing this review as I sit and wait for my airport transfer and i’m so very sad to be leaving this wonderful hotel - what an amazing place it is. Firstly, our welcome to the hotel was nothing but warm, welcoming and accomodating with some biscuits and drinks after a long 18 hour commute (which was well needed!). We were escorted to our rooms (deluxe tropical) and they were absolutely stunning - clean, modern, roomy with hairdryer/shampoo/shower gel/mini fridge/kettle etc facilities. Guests also get 2 free waters everyday. Our room was just A 2 min walk away from the pool and in total tranquil quietness which nothing but the river flowing as background noise. The view off our balcony backed on to stunning maintained tropical gardens which really felt like a luxurious jungle getaway. Lots of streams run through the hotel with lots of various fish, lizards, frogs etc to see. The main pool is perfect - warm but also refreshing to dip into. The slide is fun too no matter your age. You can order food/drinks to your lounger which is a little pricey but the serene location makes up for it. They also give guests free towels to use on the loungers which is handy. The majority of bar staff were lovely, with only one being quite abrupt. The food is really yummy - we ate out several times around the pool and across the hotel at their outdoor restaurant which has a nice vibe to it with fairy lights, music and rustic furniture. I highly recommend: CLUB sandwich Thai green curry Watermelon smoothie All the bucket cocktails!!! The Lotus Spa is fabulous - I had a traditional thai massage for 999 baht (approx £20-£25) and my back hasn’t clicked, stretched or cracked that way ever before (in a good way!). It’s a real experience. The lady who runs the travel kiosk under the stairs on ground floor of tropical section of the hotel is an absolute DIAMOND.❤️ She sorted out all of our taxis, tickets and plans and answered all questions. She was so knowledgable, helpful and sweet - please do use her help when you come to Siam Bayshore. We went to Don Chedi for a wedding, Koh Larn Island, 3 Mermaids Restaurant and all was arranged by the sweet lady. The ‘Explorer Bar’ is great to play free pool, games etc and also has live music on some nights. The thing about this hotel is that it is literally minutes away from the mayhem of walking street yet is so peacefully quiet - it is a sanctuary away from the hussle and bussle and that’s why we loved it so much. Some minor suggestions: - the river near the hotel is a little smelly but I understand they are working in refreshing this to reduce the odour. - a barman at the main pool was quite abrupt and straight forward which didn’t really make sense as every other staff member was lovely. Overall I would more than recommend you come here as we are planning to return very soon - what a wonderful holiday it has been to Siam Bayshore Pattaya ❤️🌴🇹🇭💖…

Peaceful environment, having neat and clean rooms. Excellent Breakfast with variety of food items which gives best value for money. I love that place and wish to visit again. Best for the family as all facilities (beach, 7/11, walking street are available in 2 minutes' walk.

The hotel is located near the beach and many food stalls, which is convenient and scenic. You can easily walk to the shore or grab a bite from the local vendors. The room is big and has comfy bedding, strong wifi signal and many electric sockets.Maybe these are the most I appreciate . The hotel has many big trees and provides 2 swimming pools with quite clean water. However, the breakfast isn’t tasty as well as coffee.

Helpful and friendly staff. Relaxing and cosy atmosphere. We were in a half day seminar. The hotel was nice and certified with Green Hotel by Department of Environmental Quality Promotion. They used minimum amount of resources without compromising customers’ comfort. They also used vegetables to decorate podium and stage, creative and inspiring.

The hotel has good location, good breakfast restaurant and the rooms are okay, however the reception staff are extremely unprofessional. On my checkin day I had some issues with my booking and went to reception to resolve them. I was polite throughout however the staff, unaware I can speak Thai, began talking about me in a very rude and unprofessional manner, making fun of me under the assumption I could not understand what they were saying. I have never had anything like this ever happen at other hotels. I raised this in a message to the management and never even received a reply. I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

This is the BEST hotel in Pattaya! There isn't much more to say....for an excellent experience try and get a pool side room....we contacted the hotel way in advance and ensure our rooms were pool facing and ground floor (also paid extra). Being able to walk directly from your balcony to the pool side is very luxurious. Poolside services are outstanding with both food and drink bought directly to where you sat anywhere around the pool. The main waiter Andrew delivers fantastic service and will even assist in reserving loungers for you in the morning. Breakfast can be a bit hectic if there is a lot of Indians staying in the hotel....we recommend going either very early or very late to avoid crowds. The selection is good and we'll stocked. If you can resist the temptations of walking street then the outside buffet is also excellent with a good variety but staples like their BBQ skewers and sushi bar will never dissapoint. The outside buffet also has live entertainment. This hotel is quite large but it never feels crowded and it's position at the top of walking street means you can walk from serene luxury into chaos within a few moments. The main entrance to the hotel allows you to avoid walking street and provides easy access to song teaw or taxis which will help you go anywhere across the city. Personally I like Beach road....around bottom of soi6 and walking back covering most of the bay and along walking street....the walk gathers intensity and siam bayshore is like an oasis in the distance. It's not cheap but it's worth it. This was my second stay and I will stay here again.…
