Spacious villa was well presented right after our arrival by a few minutes past noon. View from our villa was calmed and breathtaking surrounded by katamarans Our private butler, Khun Band was highly skilled also made our stay memorable with his service of excellent. Breakfast was perfectly cooked dish by dish individually. From orange juice to pieces of croissant were genuinely made to exemplary. Little tip for tea lover, do not miss exploring 54 preferred tea of choices in Ayoya. Yon rooftop bar is one of the best bar in area sighted with twilight evening sea. Cocktails were amazing and mixed with one of the finest mixologist in town. Our dinner was presented with twist approach. Lamb chop was profound, exquisite flavour, and quality ingredients. Khun Ning, restaurant hostess was eager to chat and explore us to her venue. Khun Golf personal trainer run his Mat Pilates and gym training flawlessly. Our stay was elevated from extraordinary service. Thanks to all hotel crews.

What more can I say. The Food and Beverage offerings here at Star Lounge Bar and Ocean House Restaurant is stunning. The food was excellent and delicious. The cocktails made by the mixologist are divine and well balanced. The restaurants offers a great view with very plush and comfortable ambiance which allows one to feel immersed in luxury. The Star Lounge is yet another amazing offering as it offers great views and drinks. The Broken Basket dessert is truly a delight and something unique. Kudos to the culinary team of coming up with such a unique presentation. Overall the food was great. Not to mention the amazing service we got from the entire F&B team. Khun Sea, Khun Bestian and Khun Minny took great care of us and ensured we enjoyed our food and post drinks after. Overall I really enjoyed my evening here and would through recommend visiting even if it's just for the F&B offerings. Cheers to the entire team who took care of us. Yall are great!

Absolutely the best hotel we’ve stayed in in Thailand
We love Thailand and was so pleased to get away from the UK in December, and delighted that we chose to stay at the new V Villas - They were phenomenal.
We’ve stayed in most of the great hotels in Thailand and this surpassed them all.
Sea (Ms Lapa), the hotel GM was BRILLIANT, as with everything about the V Villas, she was perfect, as was her team
Everything was STUNNING, don’t hesitate in booking it.

The V Villas in Phuket is a beautiful hotel with amazing personalized service. The hotel boasts large Villas with private swimming pools many with a sea view. Every guest is assigned a personal butler who caters to your every need. You communicate with the butler throughout your stay via the WhatsApp group chat and the butler always immediately responds. The hotel shuttles you from your Villa to reception, the fitness center, or the restaurant, and service is always with a smile. The restaurants are excellent and the atmosphere is both relaxing and upscale. My entire family loved our room, the food, but most importantly the level of exquisite service provided at the hotel. Our amazing butler Kitty was respectful, accommodating, informative, and worked tirelessly to make sure my entire family enjoyed a vacation of a lifetime. He anticipated our every move and provided us with impeccable and luxury service.
In addition, the food and beverage staff were amazing. The food and beverage manager, Noi, went out of her way for us providing excellent dinning service and making sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed our dinning experience, both for breakfast and dinner. She made every dinning experience amazing for my entire family. In addition, we loved Pin and Pond who greeted us every morning at breakfast and made sure we enjoyed our experience. Both Pin and Pond convinced the kitchen to make special orders for us, served us coffee and fresh juices with warmth and a smile, and genuinely seemed to care about our vacation. Both engaged us in conversation, were personable and professional, and showed great interest in our happiness. My family usually stays at five star properties such as Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, and Mandarin Oriental but the service at the V Villas surpasses these esteemed hotel establishments. We will definitely return to V Villas in the future due to the exquisite personalized and attentive service as well as the beautiful accommodations.

What an amazing hotel and overall experience! From our very first interaction with Molly and Khaimook, we were treated with great hospitality and immense kindness. We’re very grateful for their patience and warmth.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure that every single thing was perfect. Kitty was the best butler ever, he was always available to cater to our every need at a moments notice and made sure we had the very best experience! He and Sea helped us craft our dream itinerary with a wide variety of experiences and was always available. And Alan was always available to take us to those activities with a warm smile.
The rest of the staff members were also so kind! Eva, Ohmz and Emma even opened up Akoya just for me on my last day dispite the miserable weather. Just so I could get the chance to take pictures there
I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, the breakfast is absolutely to die for (definitely the fluffiest pancakes I’ve tasted). Mimmy was an incredible waitress and made our breakfast experience unforgettable. She insisted on carrying my choices to my table to make sure I had a hassle free experience and recommended a delicious Thai dessert that has now become my favourite dessert.
Lastly, the Snow Fish from the restaurant is a must try.

Tastefully decorated yet super comfy private pool villa accommodation with spectacular degree Ao Yon Bay view where our family is staying in 1 BR villa (V3) this time. The atmosphere and surroundings are pretty much like St. Topez or Portofino with numerous yachts and boats anchoring in the tranquil bay area which is so stunningly beautiful and picturesque indeed.
The personal butler service is nothing but indescribable. The butler named "Kitty" who takes care of us throughout the whole trip is superb especially terms of kid-friendliness, working attitude and unexpected "little thoughts that count but mean a lot" sorts of services e.g. lovely good night family photo message card on the bed, personalised short video clip containing different pictures taken by him throughout the trip, so on and so forth.
We will definitely go back again soon.

From the amenities to the staff, everything was exceptional. The hotel sent transportation to the airport hotel, which made it very easy to get to the Villas. Once there you are introduced to an individual (they call them butlers) that support you throughout your stay. Our group was assigned a young lady named Irainy, who was super supportive throughout the entire trip. Any questions or needs, she was there to help. Her personality and easy communication style made it so comfortable through the stay.
Other staff, including our daily yoga instructor, Jose, along with the ladies at the spa supported making the stay one to remember. Always a smile and greeting every time you see them.
My room, although not a beach view offered a private and tranquil setting. Being 12 hours different than my normal time zone one of the things that helped was at night sitting at MY infinity pool and listening to the wind and whatever creatures made noise. Several nights I sat there until I was so sleepy it was easy to go to bed.
The daily breakfast buffet had fresh local fruit, local Thai cuisine and other goodies. Can you imagine as many cappuccinos as you want in the morning 🥰.
Definitely a stay to do again.

We just returned from V Villas and LOVED our stay. It was made extra special by our butler, Time. He was so thoughtful and we always came back to fun notes and messages in our room from him that went above and beyond. Minny was also amazing as well at the restaurant and made our stay so memorable. Highly recommend V Villas.

Thank you for your questions and apologize for delay respond, unfortunately we do not have a kids club in our resort. However, we do have kids' activities in our Yoga studio and kids' water sport at the beach.
Please noted that all beaches in Thailand is public but we reserve right to use the beach area for our in house guest to enjoy the beach where we look after.
