We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the lake, and the market and food street. The staffs were really friendly. Room was nice & clean. The Escape bar, great place, nice atmosphere with live music in the hotel to hangout in the evening. Will come back next time!

This hotel is quite old building. The lake and market is walking distance. Our room comes with city view and blocked by pine trees.(2nd floor). No great window view. The pool is indoor pool and the gym is under maintenance. Gym sportman will be disappointed if you are regular. The staff is quite friendly and speak simple English. The hotel...

This is the worst 4 star hotel Inhave ever been to. A 2 star hotel in Sai Gon is cheaper and better than this 4 star. I dont think the place has been maintained ever. The room had a mouldy smell and the carpet in our room was very dirty and stained with chewing gums stuck in it and cigarette...

When I checked-in in the early morning, there was no bellboy. I & my bf had to bring our baggages and follow the receptionist, he didnt help us carry the bags. The breakfast was so poor, the room's clean but dated furnitures, the heater didnt work. There is a restaurant at the ground floor but they have nothing to serve,...

Room was nice but there was no AC and the view was not beautiful at all. Especially Internet was very poor, I had to used 3G instead. Some staffs in front desk were friendly but some were not. Bell would have better attidute. Besides, the hotel located in a great place then I could visit Xuan Huong lake, night market...

We were very disappointed with the smell of the placed. We had to change rooms as the carpet was damp and stunk. They wanted to charge us more! Left our passports unattended on the front counter - which we grab when we walked past and saw them. No air-conditioned. Staff not friendly or helpful. Will not recommended.

We were hoping our stay in dalat to be better at this hotel. It's location is good, so we had our hopes up. We arrived late at 7:30pm because of a flight delay. We were given a room with absolutely terrible noise from the street. The windows are terrible and cannot be closed properly + absolutely no sound proof at...

We stayed this hotel for 02 nights and it is enough for us to believe that this was the best choice for our trip in Dalat city. From the first moment we entered the hotel, we can feel the warmly hospitality from hotel staff from bellman, receptionist. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly, they assist us in many...

1-2 mins walk to Ho Xuan Huong Lake and few more minutes to Dalat night maket nearby - I dont recommend to buy anything there though. The look outside makes me thought that its renovated from a villa since the French time. It makes itself different from many other hotels nearby. The interior is mordern design, spacious, carpet flooring, matches...

Had a reasonably good stay at this hotel centrally located in Da Lat. In typical Viêtnamese tourism style the staff are great, but the property is worn and dated. The operators were friendly and eager to help. The rooms were clean but worn out and dated with things like scorched unserviceable wall plugs and dirty curtains. The good news is...
