The rooms are a great size and the staff were very flexible and accommodating when fixing a small booking error. The hotel is not located in the heart of Dalat, but it is set beautifully on a hill and the beds were very comfortable.

The Sammy was OK but we did not come away with any great enthusiasm. Room was OK. Breakfast was so-so at best. Location was OK but it was a bit of a walk into where the action was at night around the market area (to be fair a taxi only cost $1-2). There is a nightclub nearby that caused some... More

Rooms are not appropriate for a 4 stars hotel. No air-conditioner , and practicly no way to warm up the room. Terrible service at the reception (the room was too cold so they advised me to close the window, which was already close. They had no other way to help). They also hang up to my face after I tried... This hotel was booked for me on the basis that I wanted a 4 star hotel. I would give it only 3.5 on the basis of the following. Certainly the rooms are nice, but as I found out, as is common in Dalat, there is no air conditioning, I am told because the temperate never gets over 28 during the... More

The breakfast staff and bellboys were very helpful and friendly. We are still really confused why the reception wouldn't call to organize a motorbike. They just gave us a phone number and told us we had to call and pointed to a phone in reception. And the main reason we chose to stay here was the swimming pool, but there... More

Not up to 4 stars hotel, rooms are old, bed uncomfortable, toilet smell bad and bath towels are old. The is no cappuccino available in 4 stars hotel? I personally give 2 and half stars for this hotel! Definitely not my style. Next visit will try somewhere else

We stay in the hotel in Dalat- vietnam, as a part of 2 weeks tour in Vietnam with my family. We took 2 rooms - one for us and the second for our daughters . I can say that this hotel worth the money. Preserved, very clean, great service. Highly recommended!

Possibly was a good hotel in earlier times. Very faded now, no air-conditioning, no screens on the windows. The bar is empty and the tourist buses for lunch are many. Staff are propping up a dying entity. Vietnam has so much more life to offer than what is available here.
