I was here for Workshop/training in management skills. The hotel served great meals. The meeting rooms were of best technology. The meals arrangements were fantastic and we have the gala dinner too. Staff very friendly and responsive. Rooms had great views, large and fitting for Kings. Great place for MICE, business and leisure

Sammy Dalat hotel has an old feel about the place: the lobby has some almost kitsch sculptures that one finds in Communist/Chinese areas or periods. I was offered a fairly big room in the corner, but the bathroom was so poorly made that water flows down the floor and splashes on the toilet paper. I tried all ways and means...

nice place to visit high up so can be chilly at times particularly at night Hotel good rooms very quaint with French decor Be warned shower is temperamental and sprays everywhere so don't leave unattended or bathroom is likely to get flooded

The rooms are quite large, and the beds are comfortable . Ours had a balcony which overlooked the street, which was great for fresh air, but noisy at night. Perhaps request a room not overlooking the street, but they ignored me! Unfortunately, even though the hotel is only 10 years old, it surprisingly has no air conditioning . So, we...

Beautiful hotel with nice decoration. Kinda close to the city center. Housekeeping did good job and the room was always clean. However, the staff should get more training on the attitude towards guests. Sometimes they were so bluff and never smile at guests. One more thing is about the connecting door. We booked the room as FIT and they put...

This is a nice hotel, a little older and shows some wear, but comfortable. The rooms are clean and just large enough to be functional. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Only down side was they really did not cater to western cuisine for breakfast and this I always count on after weeks of local foods.

Great rooms with French doors opening out onto small balconies. Very clean with period furniture and nice touches such as flowers in rooms and hallways. Da Lat always cools off at night to AC not needed. Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly, efficient staff.

Comfortable hotel with 19th Century French decor (or some interpretation of it.) Very clean. Good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet included. Free WiFi with good connection. ATM next door. A bit of a hike to the downtown market and the lake, but cabs are insanely cheap.

What a quaint hotel. I felt like I had stepped back in time, or to a set for a Hercule Poirot movie. I was particularly taken with the provision of a tea pot and loose leaf green tea in our room. Nice touch, and change from teabags. Easy walking distance to town, and night market. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Purple...

We stayed here for two nights as part of a 16 person group touring Thailand and Vietnam for 30 days. We were on the backside of the hotel with a view over the rooftops, and were treated to beautiful sunrises both mornings of our stay. Our room was quiet and we slept well both nights of our stay. Our room...
